納米復合帶銹涂裝船用環(huán)氧防腐底漆制備研究

【摘要】:帶銹涂裝防腐涂料是未來鋼結(jié)構(gòu)裝備和設備腐蝕防護領域的重要發(fā)展方向。以傳統(tǒng)環(huán)氧富鋅防腐底漆為基礎,通過添加自制的高效納米復合防銹組分共混制備一種可應用于帶銹碳鋼表面的納米復合防腐涂料,并與未摻雜納米防銹組分的防腐涂料和以納米Ti O2粉體為摻雜組分制得的防腐涂料進行對比。測試結(jié)果表明,添加5%的納米防銹組分可以明顯提高復合涂料對帶銹碳鋼的保護效果,性能優(yōu)良,干燥時間滿足船舶涂裝施工要求,可以大大簡化施工工藝并降低成本。
[Abstract]:Rust coating is an important development direction in the field of corrosion protection of steel structure equipment and equipment in the future. Based on the traditional epoxy zinc rich anticorrosive primer, a kind of nanocomposite anticorrosive coating which can be used on the surface of rusty carbon steel was prepared by adding self-made high efficiency nanocomposite antirust components. It is compared with the anticorrosive coating with undoped nano-antirust component and the anticorrosive coating prepared with nano-Ti O _ 2 powder as dopant component. The test results show that the addition of 5% nano-antirust component can obviously improve the protective effect of the composite coating on rusty carbon steel, the performance is excellent, the drying time meets the requirements of ship painting construction, and the construction technology can be greatly simplified and the cost can be reduced.
