子模型范圍及邊界條件對(duì)應(yīng)力結(jié)果的影響

【摘要】:針對(duì)HCSR對(duì)于局部結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度細(xì)化分析子模型范圍的規(guī)定及CCS_HCSR_TOOLS對(duì)于細(xì)化分析子模型邊界條件施加方法的合理性問(wèn)題,以某散貨船的底邊艙下折角為例,進(jìn)行局部結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)化網(wǎng)格分析,分別建立嵌入式細(xì)化模型以及3個(gè)不同范圍的子模型,以嵌入式模型計(jì)算結(jié)果為基準(zhǔn),對(duì)比各子模型應(yīng)力計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,子模型范圍、邊界節(jié)點(diǎn)角位移約束及子模型新增節(jié)點(diǎn)的插值處理對(duì)應(yīng)力結(jié)果影響較大;子模型邊界節(jié)點(diǎn)所在位置對(duì)應(yīng)力結(jié)果影響不大。
[Abstract]:In view of the rules of HCSR on the scope of submodel of local structural strength refinement analysis and the rationality of applying method of CCS_HCSR_TOOLS to submodel boundary conditions of submodel refinement analysis, this paper takes the underside angle of a bulk carrier as an example. The local structure refinement mesh analysis is carried out, and the embedded refinement model and three submodels with different ranges are established respectively. Based on the calculation results of the embedded model, the stress calculation results of each sub-model are compared and the results show that the sub-model range. The angular displacement constraints of boundary nodes and the interpolation treatment of new nodes in sub-model have great influence on the stress results. The location of the boundary nodes in the sub-model has little effect on the stress results.
