基于SPH-FEM方法的水下近場爆炸數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:針對結(jié)構(gòu)水下近場爆炸載荷作用響應(yīng)求解難點(diǎn),通過改進(jìn)的三維軸對稱光滑粒子流體動(dòng)力學(xué)方法(Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics,SPH)計(jì)算獲得近場爆炸載荷后傳輸給非線性有限元軟件ABAQUS,利用聲固耦合模型對結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)進(jìn)行時(shí)域非線性計(jì)算,形成預(yù)報(bào)水下近場爆炸載荷對結(jié)構(gòu)毀傷的SPH-FEM模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)從藥包起爆、結(jié)構(gòu)大幅變形、局部撕裂直至完全剪切破壞的全過程模擬,對載荷時(shí)歷曲線進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。計(jì)算背空矩形鋼板在近場爆炸載荷的響應(yīng)表明,數(shù)值結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)值吻合良好。SPH-FEM模型計(jì)算效率高、可操作性強(qiáng),易推廣至大型復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)受水下近場爆炸毀傷的分析與評估。
[Abstract]:The nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS is obtained by means of improved three-dimensional axisymmetric smooth particle hydrodynamics (SPH), which is used to solve the problem of the structure underwater near-field explosion load. By using the acoustic-solid coupling model to perform time-domain non-linear calculation on the structure response, a SPH-FEM model for predicting the damage to the structure of the underwater near-field explosion load is formed, The load-time curve is tested and verified. The response of the calculated back-air rectangular steel plate to the near-field explosion load shows that the numerical results are in good agreement with the test value. The SPH-FEM model has the advantages of high calculation efficiency and strong operability, and is easy to be extended to the analysis and evaluation of the damage of the large complex structure under the underwater near field explosion.
