【摘要】：自航模試驗(yàn)是研究船舶性能的有效手段。針對(duì)新概念穿梭艇,設(shè)計(jì)一種自航模操控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)包括岸上操控系統(tǒng)和船載自航控制系統(tǒng)2部分,利用無(wú)線(xiàn)局域網(wǎng)完成岸上操控系統(tǒng)與船載自航控制系統(tǒng)之間的通信;執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)配備傳感器獲取反饋數(shù)據(jù),驅(qū)動(dòng)器采用成熟的可編程元件;使用Python語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě)下位機(jī)和上位機(jī)軟件。將系統(tǒng)成功應(yīng)用于新概念穿梭艇的自航模試驗(yàn)中,試驗(yàn)表明所設(shè)計(jì)的自航模操控系統(tǒng)可以減小開(kāi)發(fā)工作量,操作方便,可擴(kuò)展性和可移植性強(qiáng),能夠反映新概念穿梭艇的操縱性能。最后經(jīng)與船模拖曳水池試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,證明所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于自航模試驗(yàn)時(shí)能夠有效獲取可靠數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Self-model test is an effective method to study ship performance. A self-model control system is designed for a new concept shuttle ship. The system consists of two parts: the onshore control system and the shipborne self-navigation control system. The communication between the onshore control system and the shipborne self-navigation control system is completed by using the wireless LAN. The actuator is equipped with sensors to obtain feedback data, the driver adopts mature programmable components, and the software of lower computer and upper computer is programmed with Python language. The system has been successfully applied to the self-propelled model test of the new concept shuttle boat. The test results show that the designed self-model control system can reduce the development workload, be easy to operate, and have strong expansibility and portability. It can reflect the maneuverability of the new concept shuttle. Finally, by comparing the test results with the model towing tank test results, it is proved that the designed system can obtain reliable data effectively when it is applied to the self-flight model test.
