【摘要】：疏浚業(yè)作為全球水陸運(yùn)輸?shù)南蠕h產(chǎn)業(yè)，，在維護(hù)航道暢通、港口建設(shè)、增加土地資源、推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及交通運(yùn)輸?shù)确矫嫫鹬e極作用。作為全球領(lǐng)先的疏浚船舶制造商，我們荷蘭船廠在進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的30年間，經(jīng)歷了中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的膨脹期與低谷器期，一路走來(lái)，盡管經(jīng)歷各種困難，慶幸的是通過(guò)與國(guó)內(nèi)大型疏浚企業(yè)、私人疏浚公司、國(guó)有私有船廠、設(shè)計(jì)院所嘗試各種方式的深度合作，逐步實(shí)施著合理的戰(zhàn)略，揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短，堅(jiān)持不懈地服務(wù)于中國(guó)疏浚行業(yè)。 公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)適應(yīng)環(huán)境和政策的變化，為使我公司在未來(lái)有更好的發(fā)展，本文在對(duì)公司歷年的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展進(jìn)行總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上、結(jié)合世界和國(guó)內(nèi)疏浚行業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法，對(duì)我荷蘭公司做了解析評(píng)價(jià)，提出了未來(lái)5年的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、運(yùn)用公司創(chuàng)新技術(shù)占領(lǐng)未來(lái)疏浚市場(chǎng)，盡可能發(fā)揮企業(yè)自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)，揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短，調(diào)整銷售策略，重新定位中國(guó)市場(chǎng)，與公司在全球的領(lǐng)先地位保持平行水平。
[Abstract]:Dredging industry, as a pioneer industry of global land and sea transportation, plays an active role in maintaining smooth navigation, port construction, increasing land resources, promoting economic development and transportation. As the world's leading manufacturer of dredging ships, we, the Dutch shipyards, have experienced the expansion and trough periods of China's economic development in the 30 years since we entered the Chinese market, all the way, despite all the difficulties, Fortunately, through the deep cooperation with large domestic dredging enterprises, private dredging companies, state-owned privately owned shipyards and design institutes, we are gradually carrying out reasonable strategies, taking advantage of our strengths and avoiding weaknesses, and unswervingly serving the dredging industry in China. The company's operation strategy should adapt to the change of environment and policy. In order to make our company have better development in the future, this paper summarizes the company's management and development in the past years, combined with the world and domestic dredging industry development situation. Using SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes and evaluates our Dutch company, puts forward the development strategy for the next five years, uses the company's innovative technology to occupy the dredging market in the future, takes advantage of the enterprise's own advantages as far as possible, takes advantage of its advantages and circumvent its weaknesses, and adjusts its sales strategy. Reposition the Chinese market and maintain parallel level with the company's leading position in the world.
