基于有限元方法的在役挖泥船抓斗基座強(qiáng)度分析研究

【摘要】:抓斗挖泥船長期工作于惡劣的腐蝕環(huán)境中,其船體結(jié)構(gòu)特別是高應(yīng)力的抓斗機(jī)基座結(jié)構(gòu),由腐蝕產(chǎn)生的強(qiáng)度變化需要被著重考慮。文章以一艘抓斗挖泥船為研究對象,對比分析了抓斗機(jī)基座結(jié)構(gòu)在不考慮腐蝕和考慮腐蝕兩者情況下的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度。研究表明,腐蝕會導(dǎo)致這些結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度降低,降幅隨著船齡的增加而增大,當(dāng)船齡超過15年時(shí),腐蝕的影響已不可忽略。同時(shí),出于安全考慮,建議高齡船舶的作業(yè)能力應(yīng)考慮腐蝕影響進(jìn)行降低調(diào)整;船舶檢驗(yàn)展期可以通過進(jìn)行考慮腐蝕影響的強(qiáng)度分析工作,提前進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估。
[Abstract]:Grab dredger works in a bad corrosion environment for a long time. The strength change caused by corrosion should be taken into account especially in the hull structure especially the high stress grab carrier base structure. Taking a grab dredger as an object of study, the structural strength of the base structure of grab bucket is compared and analyzed without considering corrosion and taking corrosion into account. The results show that corrosion will decrease the strength of these structures, and the decrease will increase with the increase of ship age. When the age of the ship exceeds 15 years, the effect of corrosion can not be ignored. At the same time, for safety reasons, it is suggested that the working ability of senior ships should be reduced and adjusted by taking into account the corrosion effect, and the ship inspection extension can be evaluated in advance by the strength analysis of corrosion effect.
