多源信息融合技術(shù)在VTS中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的迅速發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致大量工業(yè)制成品等適箱貨源的增加,使得海運(yùn)的主導(dǎo)地位和作用仍將是其他運(yùn)輸方式不可替代的。為了更好的為船舶提供助航服務(wù)、交通組織服務(wù),有效監(jiān)管船舶動態(tài),減少水上交通事故,VTS系統(tǒng)在我國海事部門獲得廣泛應(yīng)用。但我國的VTS系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)重依賴進(jìn)口,目前國內(nèi)的市場和技術(shù)幾乎被歐洲的SIGNALIS公司所壟斷,因此研制具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的成套VTS系統(tǒng)就顯得十分必要。 進(jìn)口的VTS9760、VTS9770以及SIGNALIS公司最新推出SYTAR系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用在我國長江這種水運(yùn)環(huán)境復(fù)雜的內(nèi)河航道以及大運(yùn)輸量港口,還是會出現(xiàn)目標(biāo)船舶與AIS提供的船名、吃水等靜態(tài)信息關(guān)聯(lián)錯誤的現(xiàn)象。 為研發(fā)一整套擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的國產(chǎn)VTS,沖破國際VTS系統(tǒng)研發(fā)商對我國船舶交通服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)壟斷。本文從多傳感器數(shù)據(jù)融合領(lǐng)域開展研究,從而運(yùn)用到我國國產(chǎn)VTS系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)中。論文提出將雷達(dá)覆蓋區(qū)域進(jìn)行區(qū)域分割,采取分塊關(guān)聯(lián)判斷的策略。使用改進(jìn)的多因素模糊綜合航跡關(guān)聯(lián)算法對整個(gè)監(jiān)控區(qū)域內(nèi)接收到的AIS信息和雷達(dá)觀測到的目標(biāo)航跡信息,進(jìn)行航跡關(guān)聯(lián)判斷。算法采用卡爾曼濾波減小噪聲干擾并在假設(shè)以實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)跟蹤的前提下預(yù)測目標(biāo)在下一時(shí)刻的狀態(tài)最優(yōu)值。采用模糊數(shù)學(xué)中的Z型隸屬度分布作為隸屬度函數(shù)對雷達(dá)和AIS信息進(jìn)行隸屬度計(jì)算。為考證算法的可靠、有效性,論文選擇MATLAB做建模仿真并給出了最終的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果圖。 針對多個(gè)雷達(dá)交匯區(qū)域內(nèi)的目標(biāo)航跡融合,本文對加權(quán)平均融合算法和交叉協(xié)方差融合算法進(jìn)行了比較。并結(jié)合kalman濾波及PDA算法提出改進(jìn)的航跡融合算法kalPDA算法。論文最后還提出了一些在信息融合基礎(chǔ)之上的拓展應(yīng)用,以提高國產(chǎn)VTS在實(shí)際船舶監(jiān)管中的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, a large number of industrial manufactured goods and other suitable sources of goods increased, making the leading position and role of shipping will still be irreplaceable by other modes of transportation. In order to provide better navigation service for ships, traffic organization services, effective supervision of ship dynamics, reduce water traffic accidents in the VTS system has been widely used in maritime departments in China. However, China's VTS system relies heavily on imports, and the domestic market and technology are almost monopolized by SIGNALIS companies in Europe, so it is necessary to develop a complete set of VTS systems with independent intellectual property rights. The imported VTS9760,VTS9770 and SYTAR system introduced by SIGNALIS Company are used in the inland waterway and large volume port of the Yangtze River in our country, but the target ship and the ship's name, draft and other static information provided by the AIS will still appear the phenomenon of wrong association with the static information such as the ship's name, draft and so on. In order to develop a set of domestic VTS, with independent intellectual property rights, it breaks through the technical monopoly of international VTS system R & D on China's ship traffic service system. In this paper, the research of multi-sensor data fusion is carried out, which is applied to the development of domestic VTS system in China. In this paper, the region of radar coverage is segmented, and the strategy of block association judgment is adopted. The improved multi-factor fuzzy synthetic track association algorithm is used to judge the track association between the AIS information received in the whole monitoring area and the target track information observed by radar. Kalman filter is used to reduce noise interference and to predict the optimal state of the target at the next moment under the assumption of target tracking. The Z-type membership degree distribution in fuzzy mathematics is used as the membership function to calculate the membership degree of radar and AIS information. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the algorithm, MATLAB is selected for modeling and simulation, and the final experimental results are given. In this paper, the weighted average fusion algorithm and the cross covariance fusion algorithm are compared for the target track fusion in multiple radar intersection regions. Combined with kalman filter and PDA algorithm, an improved track fusion algorithm, kalPDA algorithm, is proposed. Finally, some extended applications based on information fusion are proposed to improve the practicability of domestic VTS in ship supervision.
