【摘要】：海洋鉆井平臺井架是目前國內(nèi)各大海洋工程設(shè)備商剛剛開始涉足的領(lǐng)域。井架是整個(gè)鉆井系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu),在鉆井作業(yè)中起到起重和掛載其他設(shè)備的作用。對于海洋鉆井平臺井架,國內(nèi)的研究資料稀少,對此類平臺結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點(diǎn)了解不深,難以全面掌握其結(jié)構(gòu)特性,發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域。這使得在實(shí)際工程中無法對此類井架結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性提供有力的保障,同時(shí)也阻礙了我國海洋工程裝備的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)。論文主要研究了海洋鉆井平臺井架的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度。此項(xiàng)研究可為我國自主設(shè)計(jì)海上鉆井平臺井架的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供相關(guān)技術(shù)和參考資料,有助于我國海洋工程設(shè)備的發(fā)展。本研究成果也可推廣到其他結(jié)構(gòu)類型的井架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。論文首先確定了海洋鉆井平臺井架結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的基本分析方法、制定了分析流程、總結(jié)了主要分析內(nèi)容并給出了強(qiáng)度校核衡準(zhǔn);其次,全面討論了風(fēng)載荷、大鉤載荷、鉆井扭矩、船體運(yùn)動(dòng)載荷等鉆井井架的外部載荷;最后,建立了典型平臺井架的有限元模型,研究和討論了有限元分析中的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并對典型平臺井架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了有限元直接計(jì)算,分析了井架的應(yīng)力大小及分布,對井架整體結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和局部節(jié)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了校核。本論文主要研究結(jié)論為:(1)井架的支撐腿上靠近底部的桿件應(yīng)力較高,日后如需要提升作業(yè)載荷的話應(yīng)做適當(dāng)加強(qiáng)。(2)受力最集中的天車橫梁最大強(qiáng)度利用因子為0.91,說明設(shè)計(jì)采用的構(gòu)件尺寸滿足1000t大鉤載荷的作業(yè)能力,經(jīng)濟(jì)合理。(3)總結(jié)了節(jié)點(diǎn)計(jì)算的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),以及計(jì)算流程。
[Abstract]:The Derrick of offshore drilling platform is a field that the major offshore engineering equipment manufacturers have just begun to set foot in at present. Derrick is the basic structure of the whole drilling system, which plays the role of lifting and mounting other equipment in drilling operation. For offshore drilling platform Derrick, the domestic research data are scarce, the mechanical characteristics of this kind of platform structure are not well understood, it is difficult to master its structural characteristics comprehensively and to find out the potential dangerous area. This makes it impossible to guarantee the safety of this kind of Derrick structure in practical engineering, and it also hinders the design and development of marine engineering equipment in China. This paper mainly studies the structural strength of offshore drilling platform Derrick. This study can provide relevant technology and reference materials for the structural design of offshore drilling platform Derrick in China, and is helpful to the development of marine engineering equipment in China. The research results can also be extended to other types of Derrick structure design. At first, the paper determines the basic analysis method of the structure strength of offshore drilling platform Derrick, formulates the analysis flow, summarizes the main contents of the analysis and gives the strength check, secondly, discusses comprehensively the wind load, the big hook load, the drilling torque, Finally, the finite element model of typical platform Derrick is established, several key techniques in finite element analysis are studied and discussed, and the finite element direct calculation of typical platform Derrick structure is carried out. The stress size and distribution of Derrick are analyzed, and the overall structural strength and local joint strength of Derrick are checked. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the stress of the member near the bottom of the support leg of the Derrick is high. If it is necessary to raise the working load in the future, it should be strengthened appropriately. (2) the maximum strength utilization factor of the crane beam with the most concentrated force is 0.91. it shows that the dimensions of the components used in the design can meet the operational capacity of 1000t large hook load. (3) the key points of node calculation and the calculation flow are summarized.
