基于OrcaFlex的某跨接纜的動(dòng)態(tài)分析

【摘要】:運(yùn)用大型水動(dòng)力分析軟件Orca Flex對(duì)置于FPSO與YOKE之間傳輸電力的跨接纜進(jìn)行了極值與疲勞仿真分析。針對(duì)跨接纜的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)分析,采用了非線性時(shí)域方法,并考慮了波浪、流、FPSO的一階運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)跨接纜的作用,進(jìn)而對(duì)跨接纜與FPSO連接時(shí)的極端荷載效應(yīng)和長(zhǎng)期交變荷載下的疲勞安全性進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。結(jié)果表明,該跨接纜的設(shè)計(jì)滿足纜與FPSO連接時(shí)的極值準(zhǔn)則,但與相鄰跨接纜之間存在干涉風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:The extreme value and fatigue analysis of the cross-connection cable placed between FPSO and YOKE are analyzed by using the large-scale hydrodynamic analysis software Orca Flex. In this paper, the nonlinear time domain method is used to analyze the dynamic response of span cable, and the effect of the first order motion of wave and current FPSO on the span cable is considered. Furthermore, the extreme load effect and fatigue safety under long term alternating load are evaluated when the span cable is connected with FPSO. The results show that the design of the straddle cable satisfies the extremum criterion when the cable is connected with FPSO, but there is a risk of interference between the cable and the adjacent cable.
