【摘要】：隨著國(guó)際海洋保護(hù)法律法規(guī)的日益嚴(yán)格以及我國(guó)海軍遠(yuǎn)洋航行任務(wù)的逐漸增加,軍用艦船需要增強(qiáng)固體廢棄物的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)無(wú)害化處理能力,使其能在世界任何水域自由航行。簡(jiǎn)要介紹73/78防污公約對(duì)固體廢棄物排放的要求,以及美國(guó)海軍為適應(yīng)該公約而采取的處理策略。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有固體廢棄物處理技術(shù)的綜合分析,指出等離子體焚燒技術(shù)最適合處理艦船固體廢棄物,其固體殘?jiān)臀矚馀欧磐耆?3/78防污公約。最后,介紹了等離子體焚燒技術(shù)在艦船上的應(yīng)用情況。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly strict laws and regulations of international marine protection and the increasing number of ocean-going navigation missions of our navy, military ships need to enhance the field innocuous disposal capability of solid waste and enable them to sail freely in any waters of the world. This paper briefly introduces the requirements of MARPOL 73 / 78 on the discharge of solid waste and the disposal strategies adopted by the US Navy to adapt to the MARPOL. Through the comprehensive analysis of the existing solid waste treatment technology, it is pointed out that plasma incineration technology is the most suitable for the treatment of ship solid waste, and its solid residue and tail gas emissions are in full compliance with the 73 / 78 MARPOL convention. Finally, the application of plasma incineration technology on ships is introduced.
