【摘要】：針對(duì)DEA方法在船型技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合評(píng)判中存在的不足,通過(guò)在DEA原模型基礎(chǔ)上引入理想決策單元,利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析方法建立評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,將分級(jí)有效性評(píng)價(jià)的思想運(yùn)用到評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程的方式對(duì)原DEA方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。文中的分析及計(jì)算實(shí)例表明,改進(jìn)DEA方法具有簡(jiǎn)明、實(shí)用的特點(diǎn),是進(jìn)行船型多方案優(yōu)選決策的有效方法。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortcomings of DEA method in the comprehensive evaluation of ship type technology and economy, an evaluation index system is established by introducing an ideal decision making unit based on the original DEA model and using the method of grey correlation analysis. The idea of hierarchical effectiveness evaluation is applied to the evaluation process to improve the original DEA method. The analysis and calculation examples in this paper show that the improved DEA method is simple and practical and is an effective method for optimal selection of ship types.
