船舶風(fēng)翼回轉(zhuǎn)液壓系統(tǒng)負(fù)載啟動(dòng)策略優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)大負(fù)載啟動(dòng)時(shí)出現(xiàn)的短暫反向回轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象,根據(jù)風(fēng)翼回轉(zhuǎn)液壓系統(tǒng)原理建立系統(tǒng)仿真模型,并基于風(fēng)翼回轉(zhuǎn)液壓實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)對(duì)液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)仿真模型進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,提出制動(dòng)器延時(shí)松閘控制策略,根據(jù)AMESim模型仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果確定不同風(fēng)阻力矩值和制動(dòng)器延時(shí)松閘時(shí)間的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,消除了大負(fù)載啟動(dòng)時(shí)出現(xiàn)的反向回轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon of short reverse rotation when the hydraulic system starts with large load, the system simulation model is established according to the principle of the wind wing rotary hydraulic system, and the simulation model of the hydraulic drive system is verified based on the wind wing rotary hydraulic test bench. According to the simulation results of AMESim model, the corresponding relationship between the different wind resistance torque values and the brake delay release time is determined, which eliminates the reverse rotation phenomenon when the heavy load starts up.
