【摘要】：文章介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)有功能最先進(jìn)、載運(yùn)能力最大及溢油回收能力最強(qiáng)的多功能深水環(huán)保船,其使用的舷側(cè)內(nèi)置式溢油回收裝置是一種新開(kāi)發(fā)的海面溢油回收設(shè)備,不僅具有收油速度快、回收效率高及海況適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),還具備在溢油回收過(guò)程中對(duì)小塊漂浮垃圾進(jìn)行高效的回收能力。文章針對(duì)該船先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),從公約和規(guī)范的角度,著重對(duì)其建造檢驗(yàn)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行綜述,為今后相關(guān)專用船舶設(shè)計(jì)和建造檢驗(yàn)提供指導(dǎo)和參考。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the multifunctional deep-water environmental protection ship with the most advanced function, the largest carrying capacity and the strongest oil spill recovery capacity in China. The side built-in oil spill recovery device is a newly developed offshore oil spill recovery equipment. It not only has the characteristics of fast oil collection, high recovery efficiency and strong adaptability to sea conditions, but also has the ability to recover small floating garbage efficiently in the process of oil spill recovery. According to the characteristics of the advanced design of the ship, this paper, from the point of view of the convention and the code, emphatically summarizes the main points of construction survey of the ship, and provides guidance and reference for the design and construction survey of the relevant special ships in the future.
