控制河段船舶通行指揮決策專家系統(tǒng)研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:長江上游控制河段船舶受信號臺控制,并根據(jù)通行信號有序通行。信號臺信號員通過判斷船舶的船位,依據(jù)控制河段的通行原則進(jìn)行信號揭示,指揮船舶通行。為了適應(yīng)長江航運(yùn)中船舶大型化和通航密度急劇增大的趨勢,有效減少和避免因信號員判斷失誤而引起上行船舶候船時間長、下行船舶掉頭等問題,保證控制河段船舶的通行安全,提高通行效率,論文在對控制河段船舶通行指揮方法和自動識別系統(tǒng)(Automatic Identification System,AIS)等進(jìn)行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用專家系統(tǒng)技術(shù),建立通行指揮決策知識庫,提出基于模糊層次分析法(FuzzyAnalytic Hierarchy Process,F(xiàn)AHP)和AIS的船舶通行隊列快速排序算法,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一個基于AIS信息的船舶通行指揮決策專家系統(tǒng),自動給出通航指令。主要研究工作包括以下幾個方面: ①對控制河段信號臺的通行指揮規(guī)則和實際指揮過程進(jìn)行全面分析,對控制河段船舶通行指揮決策的任務(wù)和需求進(jìn)行分析,提出應(yīng)用專家系統(tǒng)和船舶AIS實現(xiàn)輔助指揮決策的思路。 ②根據(jù)控制河段信號臺對船舶通行指揮的需求,對船舶基本信息、控制河段船舶通行狀況、船舶等待時間等知識進(jìn)行獲取和表示,構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)綜合數(shù)據(jù)庫和知識庫。 ③專家系統(tǒng)推理機(jī)采用FAHP對影響船舶通行隊列的指標(biāo)因素進(jìn)行評價,提出基于FAHP和AIS的船舶通行隊列快速排序算法,并以此進(jìn)行推理計算,獲得相應(yīng)的決策指揮信息。 ④根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案,使用C#語言完成系統(tǒng)功能模塊的開發(fā),將系統(tǒng)實際應(yīng)用于神背嘴信號臺,對通行船舶進(jìn)行指揮。 神背嘴通行信號臺的實際應(yīng)用表明,基于專家系統(tǒng)的船舶通行指揮系統(tǒng)能自動生成船舶通行隊列信息,自動給出通航指令,做出決策信息指揮船舶高效、有序地通過控制河段,,縮短了船舶通過控制河段的時間,確�?刂坪佣未巴ㄐ械陌踩⒂行�,從而提高指揮調(diào)度的效率及科學(xué)性和準(zhǔn)確性,大大提高長江航線的交通運(yùn)輸力,達(dá)到通行信號臺智能指揮調(diào)度的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Ships in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River are controlled by signalling platforms and are transported in an orderly manner according to traffic signals. By judging the ship's position, the signalling staff of the signalling station reveals the signal according to the principle of controlling the passage of the river, and directs the ship's passage. In order to adapt to the trend of large ship size and rapid increase of navigation density in the Yangtze River shipping, the problems such as long waiting time for the uplink ship and the downgoing ship turning back caused by the error of the signaler can be effectively reduced and avoided. In order to ensure the safety and improve the efficiency of the passage, the paper makes use of the expert system technology on the basis of the deep research on the method of controlling the passage of the ship and the Automatic Identification system (AIS), etc. The knowledge base of traffic command decision is established, and a fast sorting algorithm of ship traffic queue based on Fuzzy Analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and AIS is proposed. A ship traffic command decision expert system based on AIS information is designed and implemented. The navigation instructions are given automatically. The main research work includes the following aspects: (1) the general command rules and actual command process of the signalling platform for the river reach are comprehensively analyzed, and the tasks and requirements of the ship traffic command decision-making for the control of the river reach are analyzed. The idea of applying expert system and ship AIS to realize auxiliary command and decision is put forward. 2 according to the requirement of control signal station for ship passing command, the basic information of ship and the condition of ship passing in river reach are controlled. The knowledge of ship waiting time is acquired and expressed, and the comprehensive database and knowledge base of the system are constructed. 3 the expert system inference engine uses FAHP to evaluate the index factors affecting the ship traffic queue. A fast sorting algorithm of ship traffic queue based on FAHP and AIS is proposed, and the corresponding decision and command information is obtained through reasoning and calculation. 4 according to the system design scheme, C # language is used to complete the development of the system function module. The system is applied to the Shenbei beak signal station to direct the passing ship. The practical application of Shenbeizou traffic signal station shows that the ship traffic command system based on expert system can automatically generate ship traffic queue information, give navigation instructions automatically, and make decision information to direct the ship to pass through the river section efficiently and orderly. It shortens the time for ships to pass through and control the reach of the river, ensures the safety and order of the passage of the vessels, thus improves the efficiency, scientificalness and accuracy of command and dispatch, and greatly improves the traffic and transportation capacity of the Yangtze River route. Achieve the goal of intelligent command and dispatch of traffic signal station.
