【摘要】:為進一步探索深淵海溝,需要研制全海深載人潛水器。在給定設(shè)計深度下,潛水器的成功研制取決于對載人艙選材的合理性。合理選材使得載人艙的重量較小,同時,材料具備良好的綜合性能使其能夠承受非常高的外部壓力及適應(yīng)嚴(yán)峻的環(huán)境條件。在全海深載人艙設(shè)計過程中,馬氏體時效鋼以其較高的強度、良好的韌性、較好的可加工性能及熱處理性能而備受關(guān)注。其中,18Ni系馬氏體時效鋼因具備較好的綜合性能而作為全海深載人艙的備選材料,因此在載人艙設(shè)計之前需要對備選材料的綜合性能進行合理的評估。該文對載人艙材料選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行了探討,以此為基礎(chǔ),針對18Ni系馬氏體鎳鋼的重要性能指標(biāo)進行了分析,分析結(jié)果將為后續(xù)的材料試驗研究和載人艙初步設(shè)計提供理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In order to further explore the abyss trench, it is necessary to develop the all-sea deep manned submersible. Under the given design depth, the successful development of submersible depends on the rationality of the selection of materials for the manned cabin. The reasonable selection of materials makes the weight of the manned cabin smaller, and the material has good comprehensive performance, which can withstand very high external pressure and adapt to severe environmental conditions. Maraging steel has attracted much attention due to its high strength, good toughness, good processability and heat treatment property in the design process of the manned cabin. Due to its good comprehensive properties, the 18Ni maraging steel is used as an alternative material for the whole sea deep manned cabin. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the alternative material before the design of the manned cabin. In this paper, the material selection criteria of manned cabin are discussed, and the important performance indexes of 18Ni martensite nickel steel are analyzed. The results will provide theoretical guidance for the subsequent material experimental study and preliminary design of manned cabin.
