風(fēng)浪影響下的集裝箱班輪航速優(yōu)化

【摘要】:環(huán)保意識(shí)增強(qiáng)、航運(yùn)市場(chǎng)低迷等原因迫使航運(yùn)公司不得不在保證船隊(duì)運(yùn)輸任務(wù)的前提下,降低燃油的消耗以減少對(duì)海洋造成的污染和運(yùn)營(yíng)成本.燃油的消耗與航速相關(guān),而航速的確定又受風(fēng)、浪等氣象條件的制約.在考慮氣象因素的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了風(fēng)、浪影響下的混合整型非線性(MINP)航速優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)模型.由于MINP的復(fù)雜性,使模型求解困難,因此從船舶實(shí)際工作情況出發(fā),對(duì)航速進(jìn)行離散,將該混合整型非線性模型轉(zhuǎn)化成混合整型線性模型(MILP),利用CPLEX軟件包進(jìn)行求解,極大地提高了運(yùn)算效率.通過速度離散轉(zhuǎn)化為線性模型的方法,可以計(jì)算出不同風(fēng)、浪條件下班輪運(yùn)輸各航段的最優(yōu)航速和每條航線上船舶配備的最佳數(shù)目.仿真算例表明,該方法能夠?yàn)榘噍喒咎峁┖侠、可靠的船舶調(diào)度方案和決策支持.
[Abstract]:The enhancement of environmental awareness and the downturn in the shipping market forces shipping companies to reduce the consumption of fuel to reduce the pollution and operating costs of the ocean, under the premise of ensuring the transport task of the fleet. The consumption of fuel is related to the speed of the ship, and the determination of the speed is restricted by the weather conditions such as wind and waves. At the same time, a mathematical model of mixed integer nonlinear (MINP) speed optimization is established under the influence of wind and waves. Because of the complexity of MINP, the model is difficult to solve. Therefore, from the actual working situation of the ship, the speed is discrete, and the mixed integer nonlinear model is transformed into a mixed integer linear model (MILP), and the solution is solved by the software package of CPLEX. It can greatly improve the efficiency of operation. Through the method of velocity discrete transformation into a linear model, the optimal speed of different wind and wave conditions can be calculated and the optimal number of ships on each route is calculated. The simulation example shows that the method can provide a reasonable and reliable ship scheduling scheme and decision for the liner department. Support.
