【摘要】：針對絞吸挖泥船巖石切削過程和特點,研究了二維巖石切削模型和理論,并利用“刀齒線性切削巖石實驗裝置”進行單刀齒巖石切削實驗,得到了巖石切削過程的切削力變化規(guī)律和巖石切削力隨切削參數(shù)變化的規(guī)律。將實驗過程中收集的巖石碎塊進行了篩選,得到了碎塊質(zhì)量尺度分布,并將分布曲線與切削力分布曲線進行比較分析。根據(jù)最大碎塊質(zhì)量和切削力峰值,分析了切削力峰值與最大碎塊質(zhì)量間的關(guān)系。通過絞吸挖泥船絞刀頭刀齒運動軌跡分析,建立了絞吸挖泥船單刀齒和多刀齒的空間運動模型。基于絞刀頭刀齒切削參數(shù)和切削力合成方法以及有效作業(yè)刀齒求解方法,對絞刀頭工作過程中的切削力和切削力矩進行了數(shù)值仿真。利用MATLAB編制了計算求解程序,得到了絞刀頭切削力和切削力矩的時歷曲線,并探討不同絞刀頭傾斜角度和橫移速度對切削力和切削力矩的影響,得到了對應(yīng)切削力和切削力矩的峰值變化曲線,總結(jié)了其變化規(guī)律。所得結(jié)論可為相關(guān)疏浚設(shè)備研發(fā)設(shè)計提供理論依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:According to the process and characteristics of rock cutting of suction dredger, the two dimensional rock cutting model and theory are studied, and the single cutter tooth rock cutting experiment is carried out by means of "tool tooth linear cutting rock experimental device". The variation law of cutting force and the law of rock cutting force with cutting parameters are obtained. The mass scale distribution of the fragments was obtained by screening the rock fragments collected during the experiment, and the distribution curve and the cutting force distribution curve were compared and analyzed. According to the maximum mass and cutting force peak value, the relationship between the cutting force peak value and the maximum fragment mass is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the movement path of the cutter teeth of the cutter head of the suction dredger, the spatial motion model of the single cutter tooth and the multi cutter tooth of the suction dredger is established. Based on the method of synthesizing the cutting parameters and cutting forces of the cutter head and the effective method to solve the cutter teeth, the cutting force and the cutting moment in the working process of the cutter head are numerically simulated. By using MATLAB, the time-history curves of cutting force and cutting moment of cutter head are obtained, and the influence of different tilting angle and transverse speed of cutter head on cutting force and cutting moment is discussed. The peak value curve of cutting force and cutting moment is obtained, and the law of change is summarized. The conclusions can provide theoretical basis and reference for the research and design of dredging equipment.
