【摘要】：海上石油平臺組塊規(guī)模龐大，造價昂貴，，保證其裝船過程中的安全是非常必要的。采用滑移裝船方案，受場地限制的影響相對于吊裝裝船要小的多；適用于各大型海上鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的裝船施工。在大型海上平臺建造前期準備階段，若確定采用滑移裝船方案，則要在場地選擇、滑道布置等方面提前做準備工作。本文以90米自升式平臺為研究對象，利用有限元分析軟件，全面分析平臺的結(jié)構(gòu)強度及對滑道、支架的反力。通過多種下水方案的比較，選擇出最優(yōu)策略，提供給決策者選擇，目的是要實現(xiàn)既安全又經(jīng)濟的平臺下水模式。
[Abstract]:The offshore oil platform is large in size and expensive in cost, so it is necessary to ensure the safety of offshore oil platform during loading. The slippage loading scheme is much less affected by site limitation than that of hoisting and loading, and is suitable for the loading of large offshore steel structures. In the early preparation stage of large-scale offshore platform construction, if the slip loading scheme is determined, the site selection and the layout of the slipway should be prepared in advance. In this paper, 90 meters jack-up platform is taken as the research object. The structural strength of the platform and the reaction force to the slide track and the support are analyzed by using the finite element analysis software. Through the comparison of various launching schemes, the optimal strategy is selected and provided to the decision makers. The purpose is to realize a safe and economical platform launching mode.
