深水半潛起重鋪管船船型設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著深海油氣開發(fā)和大型海上工程的發(fā)展,深水半潛起重鋪管船作為海洋油氣開發(fā)過程中的重要裝備也越來越受到大家的重視。其中大型半潛起重鋪管船(SSCV)雖然外表傻大粗笨,但起重量大、穩(wěn)性好、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),因此其在未來的海洋工程中優(yōu)勢明顯。但由于全球數(shù)量稀少,因此迫切需要對(duì)該船型的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。本文通過理論計(jì)算和模型試驗(yàn)等方法,詳細(xì)研究了半潛起重鋪管船型的阻力性能、結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、起重作業(yè)穩(wěn)性、動(dòng)力定位能力、水動(dòng)力性能等關(guān)鍵的船舶性能,為進(jìn)一步掌握該船型的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)提供了幫助。本文分析了半潛起重鋪管船的船型特點(diǎn),主要研究了對(duì)船舶性能有重要作用的立柱數(shù)量、大小、布置位置特點(diǎn),提出了八立柱和十立柱兩個(gè)船型方案,并對(duì)這兩個(gè)船型方案在空船重量、起重作業(yè)穩(wěn)性、動(dòng)力定位性能、水動(dòng)力性能等方面進(jìn)行比較研究。通過理論計(jì)算和模型試驗(yàn)等方法,比較兩個(gè)船型在各方面的優(yōu)劣,為最終的船型選擇提供參考。本文研究成果可應(yīng)用于深水半潛起重鋪管船的船型設(shè)計(jì)中,可為船型設(shè)計(jì)和總體性能預(yù)估提供幫助。
[Abstract]:With the development of deep-sea oil and gas development and large-scale offshore engineering, deep-water semi-submersible hoisting tube-laying ship as an important equipment in the process of offshore oil and gas development has been paid more and more attention. SSCV (large semi-submersible hoisting and pipe laying ship) has the advantages of large lifting weight, good stability and strong environmental adaptability, although it is stupid and clumsy in appearance, so it has obvious advantages in the future marine engineering. However, due to the scarcity of global numbers, there is an urgent need to study the key technologies of the ship form. In this paper, the resistance performance, structural strength, hoisting stability, dynamic positioning ability and hydrodynamic performance of semi-submersible hoisting tube-laying ship are studied in detail by theoretical calculation and model test. It is helpful for further mastering the key technology of the ship form. This paper analyzes the ship type characteristics of semi-submersible hoisting tube-laying ship, mainly studies the number, size and location characteristics of the columns which play an important role in the ship's performance, and puts forward two ship types, eight and ten pillars. The two schemes are compared in terms of the weight of the empty ship, the stability of the lifting operation, the dynamic positioning performance and the hydrodynamic performance. By means of theoretical calculation and model test, the advantages and disadvantages of the two ship types are compared in order to provide a reference for the final selection of ship types. The research results in this paper can be applied to the ship form design of deep-water semi-submersible hoisting tube-laying ship, and can be helpful for ship form design and overall performance prediction.
