雙塔井架制造工藝分析

【摘要】:海洋井架是海洋鉆井設(shè)備模塊的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,不僅承受著來自海洋工況的水平載荷,更承擔(dān)著鉆井過程中所有的垂直載荷,同時(shí)它又支撐安裝著鉆井提升裝置、旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置以及立管裝置和泥漿處理裝置等設(shè)備。為保證井架主體有足夠的強(qiáng)度、剛度和整體的穩(wěn)定性,需要采用合適的制造工藝來控制井架的制造質(zhì)量。本文通過對雙塔井架結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究,得出了一套適合井架制造的工藝。本文以鉤載907噸/400噸的雙塔井架為案例來研究海洋井架的制造工藝。海洋井架具有結(jié)構(gòu)龐大,主梁跨度大,設(shè)備配置復(fù)雜等特點(diǎn),一般采用單件制作、多件運(yùn)輸、船廠分面拼裝、分段立裝、整體吊裝的方式組裝。本課題研究的雙塔井架為桁架結(jié)構(gòu),井架主體在車間內(nèi)單件制造,車間外分段預(yù)裝,通過預(yù)拼裝檢驗(yàn)制造質(zhì)量和準(zhǔn)確性。利用工廠的場地設(shè)備,順利完成井架主體的建造工作。重點(diǎn)研究了雙塔井架主體結(jié)構(gòu)的焊接工藝和焊接裂紋及焊接變形的問題。通過理論及實(shí)踐研究,得出了一套滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求的海洋井架的焊接工藝和焊接質(zhì)量控制的措施。海洋井架由于運(yùn)輸機(jī)起吊等條件的限制,井架主體不能整體安裝。為了能確保海洋井架制造的整體性和準(zhǔn)確性,根據(jù)井架的特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)要求,結(jié)合公司場地設(shè)備的具體情況,提出了合適的預(yù)拼裝工藝。
[Abstract]:The offshore Derrick is the key equipment of the offshore drilling equipment module. It not only bears the horizontal load from the offshore working condition, but also bears all the vertical loads during the drilling process. At the same time, it supports and installs the drilling hoisting device. Rotating devices and risers and mud handling devices and other equipment. In order to ensure sufficient strength, stiffness and overall stability of the Derrick body, it is necessary to adopt appropriate manufacturing process to control the manufacturing quality of the Derrick. Based on the study of the structural characteristics and technical standards of the double tower Derrick, a set of technology suitable for the manufacture of the Derrick is obtained in this paper. In this paper, a double tower Derrick with a hook load of 907 tons / 400 tons is taken as an example to study the manufacturing process of the marine Derrick. The offshore Derrick has the characteristics of large structure, large span of main beam and complex equipment configuration. It is generally composed of single piece manufacture, multi-piece transportation, shipyard split-face assembly, piecewise erection and integral hoisting. The double tower Derrick studied in this paper is a truss structure. The main body of the Derrick is manufactured in a single piece in the workshop, and the preassembly outside the workshop is used to verify the quality and accuracy of the manufacture. Make use of the site equipment of the factory, complete the construction work of Derrick main body smoothly. The welding process, welding crack and welding deformation of the main structure of double tower Derrick are studied. Through theoretical and practical research, a set of welding technology and welding quality control measures for offshore Derrick which meet the design requirements are obtained. The main body of the Derrick can not be installed as a whole due to the hoisting condition of the conveyer. In order to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the marine Derrick manufacture, according to the characteristics and technical requirements of the Derrick, combined with the specific conditions of the company's site equipment, a suitable pre-assembly process is put forward.
