船舶機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:船舶機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)作為自動(dòng)化無人機(jī)艙的核心部分,對于船舶的安全性和可靠性起著非常重要的作用,也是衡量船舶先進(jìn)程度的重要標(biāo)志之一,具有重要的研究意義。本文對比分析了單元組合式、微機(jī)控制式以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)式三種不同類型的機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng),基于上述分析確定了以可編程邏輯控制器PLC為核心控制單元的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并根據(jù)某在建船舶相關(guān)資料,設(shè)計(jì)了一套滿足于應(yīng)用需求的機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)。本文分析對比了國內(nèi)外不同類型的機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)與控制方式,并依據(jù)中國船級社對該系統(tǒng)的規(guī)范要求,選擇了一種適合于中小型船舶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)和監(jiān)測報(bào)警控制方式,從而確立整個(gè)監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,根據(jù)上述設(shè)計(jì)方案繪制了該系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)圖和監(jiān)測點(diǎn)明細(xì)表。根據(jù)確立的設(shè)計(jì)方案,以西門子S7-300PLC作為核心控制單元,運(yùn)用STEP7對下位機(jī)PLC進(jìn)行程序設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)下位機(jī)PLC的數(shù)據(jù)采集處理及各項(xiàng)控制功能。此外,采用西門子組態(tài)軟件WinCC設(shè)計(jì)了上位機(jī)的人機(jī)交互界面,通過全局腳本的編寫來實(shí)現(xiàn)界面的各項(xiàng)功能。通過S7-PLCSIM仿真軟件對PLC和WinCC進(jìn)行了聯(lián)合仿真調(diào)試,驗(yàn)證PLC程序的正確性以及人機(jī)交互界面的功能性。最后,本文通過SOL Server建立了機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警數(shù)據(jù)庫,搭建了機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器,方便整個(gè)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的查看及實(shí)時(shí)共享。通過仿真驗(yàn)證,本文設(shè)計(jì)的船舶機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)滿足機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)功能要求,符合新的船舶機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展要求。
[Abstract]:As the core part of the automatic unmanned engine room, the ship engine room monitoring and warning system plays a very important role in the safety and reliability of the ship, and it is also one of the important signs to measure the advanced degree of the ship, which has important research significance. This paper compares and analyzes three different types of engine room monitoring and alarm systems: unit combination, microcomputer control and network. Based on the above analysis, the design scheme of PLC as the core control unit is determined. According to the related data of a ship under construction, a monitoring and alarming system for engine room is designed to meet the needs of application. This paper analyzes and compares the network structure and control mode of different types of engine room monitoring and alarm system at home and abroad, and according to the specification requirements of China Classification Society for this system, A kind of network structure and monitoring alarm control mode suitable for small and medium sized ships are selected, so as to establish the design scheme of the whole monitoring and alarm system. According to the above design scheme, the network structure diagram of the system and the detailed list of monitoring points are drawn. According to the established design scheme, Siemens S7-300PLC is used as the core control unit, and STEP7 is used to program the lower computer PLC, which realizes the data acquisition and processing of the lower computer PLC and various control functions. In addition, the man-machine interface of upper computer is designed by using Siemens configuration software WinCC, and the functions of interface are realized by compiling the global script. The PLC and WinCC are simulated and debugged by the S7-PLCSIM simulation software to verify the correctness of the PLC program and the functionality of the man-machine interface. Finally, the database of engine room monitoring and alarm is established through SOL Server, and the engine room monitoring and alarming data server is built, which is convenient for the data viewing and real-time sharing of the whole system. The simulation results show that the marine engine room monitoring and alarm system designed in this paper can meet the functional requirements of the engine room monitoring and alarm system and meet the development requirements of the new ship engine room monitoring and alarm system.
