【摘要】:為保證船舶在海上安全航行并順利完成其使命任務(wù),在確保船舶燃油、淡水、潤滑油等液艙的裝載液位、液溫、液量滿足航行要求的同時,還需確保船舶具有良好的穩(wěn)性和浮態(tài)。因此,本文結(jié)合某綜試艦研發(fā)了一套船舶液艙裝載狀態(tài)及穩(wěn)性的自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)大大提高了船舶的安全性、可靠性,減少了人力資源的消耗、提高了工作效率,通過對船舶液艙的監(jiān)測還有效的避免了液艙調(diào)駁或補給過程中液體外溢,給海洋環(huán)境造成污染的可能性。 本文以某綜試艦為設(shè)計目標(biāo)對船舶自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,,在各類液艙內(nèi)分別布置相應(yīng)數(shù)目和型號的液溫、液位監(jiān)測傳感器。將傳感器采集的信號傳輸給PLC,并通過PLC對信號進(jìn)行處理轉(zhuǎn)換后傳輸給安裝在上位機中的系統(tǒng)軟件。系統(tǒng)軟件主要用于顯示現(xiàn)場采集的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),同時實時計算液艙各類參數(shù)和船舶的浮態(tài)穩(wěn)性數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行報警,實現(xiàn)對數(shù)據(jù)的歸檔、查詢、打印等功能。 系統(tǒng)研發(fā)涉及到的具體工作內(nèi)容如下: (1)對船舶自動監(jiān)測報警系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究,以某綜試艦為原型確定所需監(jiān)測對象,采用的平臺軟件以及PLC、傳感器、計算機、通訊卡等硬件設(shè)備。 (2)結(jié)合所需監(jiān)測對象,采用WinCC組態(tài)軟件對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,實現(xiàn)對監(jiān)測對象的實時監(jiān)測、報警、數(shù)據(jù)歸檔、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、報表打印等功能。該系統(tǒng)共設(shè)置7個主界面,54個監(jiān)測點。 (3)采用綜合試驗艦浮態(tài)輔助決策系統(tǒng)對液艙參數(shù)和船舶穩(wěn)性數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計算。通過數(shù)據(jù)交換技術(shù)并對綜合試驗艦浮態(tài)輔助決策系統(tǒng)的部分程序進(jìn)行改寫,一方面實現(xiàn)了該系統(tǒng)對液艙參數(shù)及穩(wěn)性數(shù)據(jù)的自動計算功能,另一方面實現(xiàn)了以該系統(tǒng)作為船舶液艙裝載狀態(tài)及穩(wěn)性自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的主系統(tǒng)。 (4)通過數(shù)據(jù)交換技術(shù),將綜合試驗艦浮態(tài)輔助決策系統(tǒng)中計算得出的穩(wěn)性數(shù)據(jù)實時傳遞給WinCC軟件設(shè)計的監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),最終實現(xiàn)以WinCC設(shè)計系統(tǒng)為船舶液艙裝載狀態(tài)及穩(wěn)性自動監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的主系統(tǒng)。 (5)最后根據(jù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計要求以及監(jiān)測對象的位置合理布置傳感器和PLC這些硬件設(shè)備,并進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場布線實現(xiàn)裝有系統(tǒng)軟件的計算機與現(xiàn)場硬件設(shè)備之間的物理連接。對組態(tài)軟件與PLC硬件之間的通訊進(jìn)行研究,合理設(shè)置PLC與組態(tài)軟件之間的邏輯連接,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)軟件與現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的通訊。 該研發(fā)系統(tǒng)在實船上使用效果良好。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safe navigation of the ship at sea and the smooth completion of its mission, while ensuring that the oil, fresh water and lubricating oil tanks of the ship meet the requirements of navigation, It is also necessary to ensure good stability and buoyancy of the ship. Therefore, an automatic monitoring system for the loading state and stability of the ship tank is developed in this paper. The research and development of the system has greatly improved the safety and reliability of the ship, reduced the consumption of human resources, improved the working efficiency, and effectively avoided the overflow of liquid in the course of tank refuelling or replenishment by monitoring the tank of the ship. The possibility of causing pollution to the marine environment. In this paper, an automatic ship monitoring system is designed for a fully mechanized ship. The corresponding number and type of liquid temperature and liquid level monitoring sensors are arranged in various tanks. The signal collected by the sensor is transmitted to the PLC, and the signal is processed and converted by PLC to the system software installed in the upper computer. The system software is mainly used to display the monitoring data collected on the spot, at the same time to calculate the parameters of tank and the floating stability data of the ship in real time and to alarm, realize the functions of archiving, querying, printing and so on. The specific work involved in the system development is as follows: In this paper, a ship automatic monitoring and alarm system is studied. The monitoring object, platform software, PLC, sensor, computer, communication card and other hardware equipments are determined based on the prototype of a fully mechanized ship. The system is designed with WinCC configuration software, which can realize the functions of real-time monitoring, alarm, data archiving, data query, report printing and so on. The system has 7 main interfaces and 54 monitoring points. The parameters of the tank and the stability data of the ship are calculated by the comprehensive test ship floating auxiliary decision system. By means of data exchange technology and rewriting some programs of the auxiliary decision system for floating state of synthetic test ship, on the one hand, the automatic calculation function of the system for tank parameters and stability data is realized. On the other hand, the system is used as the main system of the automatic monitoring system for the loading state and stability of the ship's tank. Through data exchange technology, the stability data obtained from the comprehensive test ship floating auxiliary decision system is transferred to the monitoring system designed by WinCC software in real time. Finally, the WinCC design system is used as the main system of the automatic monitoring system for the loading state and stability of the ship's tank. Finally, according to the design requirements of the monitoring system and the location of the monitoring object, the sensors and PLC hardware equipments are arranged reasonably, and the physical connection between the computer equipped with the system software and the field hardware equipment is realized. The communication between configuration software and PLC hardware is studied, the logical connection between PLC and configuration software is reasonably set up, and the communication between system software and field equipment is realized. The research and development system has a good effect on the real ship.
