一種基于實(shí)時(shí)預(yù)測(cè)算法的船舶姿態(tài)控制器設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:在船舶研發(fā)和改進(jìn)過程中,研究減搖設(shè)備是重要課題之一。傳統(tǒng)減搖設(shè)備的滯后性導(dǎo)致其不能有效避免波浪引起的船舶側(cè)翻等災(zāi)害,故本文設(shè)計(jì)一種基于實(shí)時(shí)預(yù)測(cè)算法的船舶姿態(tài)控制器。將不規(guī)則波分解為大量規(guī)則波疊加建立波面模型,分析波傾角并建立船舶的傳遞模型。基于卡爾曼濾波算法設(shè)計(jì)船舶的橫搖預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng),再以減搖鰭為核心設(shè)計(jì)姿態(tài)控制器,最后進(jìn)行模擬仿真。結(jié)果表明,預(yù)測(cè)系統(tǒng)預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,預(yù)測(cè)值誤差較小,姿態(tài)控制器減搖效果良好,浪向角120°下橫搖角被控制在5°以內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:In the process of ship development and improvement, the research of anti-rolling equipment is one of the important topics.Due to the lag of the traditional anti-rolling equipment, it can not effectively avoid the ship rollover caused by the wave. Therefore, a ship attitude controller based on real-time prediction algorithm is designed in this paper.The irregular wave is decomposed into a large number of regular wave superpositions to establish the wave surface model, the wave dip angle is analyzed and the ship transfer model is established.The roll prediction system of ship is designed based on Kalman filter algorithm, and the attitude controller is designed with fin stabilizer as the core. Finally, the simulation is carried out.The results show that the prediction system is accurate, the error of prediction value is small, the effect of attitude controller is good, and the rolling angle is controlled within 5 擄at 120 擄of wave angle.
