【摘要】:空氣渦輪泵發(fā)射系統(tǒng)作為一種流體動(dòng)力機(jī)械,作用特殊,它的內(nèi)部流體的流動(dòng)情況直接或間接的影響了空氣渦輪泵發(fā)射系統(tǒng)工作中所表現(xiàn)出的所有瞬態(tài)特性,而發(fā)射閥則是空氣渦輪泵發(fā)射系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部件,影響空氣渦輪泵發(fā)射系統(tǒng)瞬態(tài)特性從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)發(fā)射過程內(nèi)彈道參數(shù)的控制。準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識(shí)與把握詳細(xì)的發(fā)射閥內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)流動(dòng)特征,對(duì)研究空氣渦輪泵發(fā)射系統(tǒng)的瞬態(tài)特性具有重要意義。本文以發(fā)射閥為研究對(duì)象,采用數(shù)學(xué)建模及求解、數(shù)值模擬的方法,在應(yīng)急發(fā)射下分別對(duì)發(fā)射閥閥芯改進(jìn)前后的三種結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)行發(fā)射閥氣介質(zhì)流道內(nèi)流場(chǎng)數(shù)值計(jì)算研究。通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),得到發(fā)射閥氣介質(zhì)流道最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu),研制發(fā)射閥氣介質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化組件樣機(jī),開展發(fā)射閥氣介質(zhì)流道結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化仿真與試驗(yàn)對(duì)比研究。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:1.建立應(yīng)急發(fā)射下渦輪泵發(fā)射系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并分別將改進(jìn)前后的閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)模型代入求解,對(duì)比分析不同閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)應(yīng)急發(fā)射下渦輪泵發(fā)射系統(tǒng)的影響。通過建立發(fā)射閥的數(shù)學(xué)模型,既而建立空氣渦輪泵發(fā)射系統(tǒng)的組成部件的數(shù)學(xué)模型,從而仿真計(jì)算整個(gè)發(fā)射系統(tǒng)發(fā)射過程,并且分析仿真結(jié)果。同時(shí)根據(jù)三種閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)的具體形式,改變發(fā)射閥模型,進(jìn)而對(duì)比仿真計(jì)算,研究發(fā)射閥結(jié)構(gòu)的改變對(duì)發(fā)射系統(tǒng)內(nèi)彈道的影響。2.建立發(fā)射閥氣介質(zhì)流道三維模型,對(duì)發(fā)射閥內(nèi)流場(chǎng)使用CFD商用軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,并改變發(fā)射閥三維模型,對(duì)比仿真不同閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)流場(chǎng)流動(dòng)情況。利用前處理軟件ICEM CFD進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)化網(wǎng)格劃分,基于剪切壓力傳輸(SST)k-ω湍流模型,設(shè)立壓力邊界條件,對(duì)發(fā)射閥內(nèi)流場(chǎng)的流動(dòng)狀態(tài)進(jìn)行非定常條件下粘性可壓的全三維數(shù)值研究。給出了發(fā)射閥閥芯動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中瞬態(tài)特性分布情況,同時(shí)對(duì)各個(gè)時(shí)刻的流場(chǎng)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析;對(duì)比分析了改進(jìn)前后的發(fā)射閥閥芯在運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)下的壓力、速度和速度矢量分布規(guī)律,仿真結(jié)果表明優(yōu)化后的發(fā)射閥性能得到提升。3.研制氣介質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化組件,將優(yōu)化后的發(fā)射閥氣介質(zhì)流道結(jié)構(gòu)組件替換集成進(jìn)現(xiàn)有的發(fā)射閥內(nèi),進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比研究。在應(yīng)急發(fā)射工況下,驗(yàn)證發(fā)射閥氣介質(zhì)流道結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果的合理性和設(shè)計(jì)方法的科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Air turbine pump launch system as a kind of fluid power machinery, special function, its internal fluid flow directly or indirectly affects all transient characteristics exhibited by the system of air turbine pump emission, and emission valve is a key component of air turbine pump launch system, the effect of air turbine pump transient emission the system so as to control the emission of ballistic parameters in the procedure. To accurately understand and grasp the inner flow field of launching valve flow characteristics in detail, has important significance for the research on the transient characteristics of air turbine pump launch system. The emission valve as the research object, using mathematical modeling and solving method, numerical simulation, emission are studied respectively in the emergency emission valve before and after the improvement of three kinds of structure, numerical flow medium flow valve gas emission calculation research. Through optimization design, get fired gas valve The optimal channel structure, develop and launch valve gas medium structure optimization component prototype, carry out emission valve medium flow channel structure optimization simulation and experiment. The specific contents are as follows: 1. to establish a mathematical model of emergency emission pump launch system of the turbine, and respectively into core structure model and improved solution, comparative analysis of effects of different valve structure to launch emergency turbopump launch system. Through the establishment of mathematical model of launching valve, mathematical model and set of components of air turbine pump launch system, and launch the whole process of launching simulation system, and analyze the simulation results. At the same time according to the specific form of three kinds of valve structure, change valve emission model and calculation the comparison of simulation research, launching valve structure change of the transmitting system in ballistic impact.2. emission valve medium flow passage three-dimensional model of Flow field inside the valve using CFD software for numerical simulation, and the change of emission valve 3D model, simulation flow of different spool structure flow. By the pre processing software ICEM CFD structured grids, shear stress transport (SST) based on the k- turbulence model, the establishment of pressure boundary condition, non numerical study often under pressure of viscous flow state emission valve flow field. The distribution of transient emission characteristics of valve dynamic process are given, and the characteristics of the flow field at all times were analyzed; comparative analysis of the emission valve before and after the improvement in the state of motion under the pressure, velocity and velocity vector distribution the simulation results show that the emission valve, the performance of the optimized improved.3. medium structure optimization development of gas components, will launch valve medium flow passage structure component after optimization integrated replacement The simulation calculation and experimental results are compared in the existing launch valve.
