新型船用機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著造船業(yè)的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代航運(yùn)的需要,操作人員對于船舶自動(dòng)化程度提出了更高的要求,船舶自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)正向著軟件化、智能化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的方向發(fā)展。基于無人機(jī)艙、駕機(jī)合一和信息控制一體化的船舶綜合信息系統(tǒng)(IAS)已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前船舶自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域的熱門研究課題。 船用機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)是船舶自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域研究的重要課題,它能準(zhǔn)確可靠地監(jiān)測機(jī)艙內(nèi)各種動(dòng)力設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)及其參數(shù),并對設(shè)備進(jìn)行控制。一旦運(yùn)行設(shè)備發(fā)生故障,自動(dòng)發(fā)出聲光報(bào)警,提示輪機(jī)管理人員及時(shí)決策設(shè)備管理措施,盡可能的保證人員和設(shè)備安全。近年來,人們在追求系統(tǒng)可靠性和安全性同時(shí),更加注重其操作便捷性、界面美觀性、運(yùn)營經(jīng)濟(jì)性,這些因素都已成為探索新型船用機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)力。 本文首先介紹了機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,在此基礎(chǔ)上又對其組成和功能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,從而預(yù)測出它下一步發(fā)展趨勢。在參閱了大量工程資料和實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)后完成了系統(tǒng)的硬件選型,在Visual Studio2012編譯環(huán)境下利用C#和XAML語言完成了系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用軟件的開發(fā),并實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)間的通信調(diào)試。本文以大連海事大學(xué)新建實(shí)習(xí)船項(xiàng)目為牽引對象,以K-Chief600機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)為參考模型,提出了一種新型船用機(jī)艙監(jiān)測報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。該方案已經(jīng)在輪機(jī)自動(dòng)化實(shí)驗(yàn)室的模擬器中得到了驗(yàn)證應(yīng)用,計(jì)劃下一步在實(shí)船項(xiàng)目中得以運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:With the development of shipbuilding industry and the need of modern shipping, the operators put forward higher requirements for the degree of ship automation, and the ship automation system is developing towards the direction of software, intelligence and networking.The ship Integrated Information system (IASIASS), which is based on unmanned cabin, the integration of driving and control, has become a hot research topic in the field of ship automation.Marine engine room monitoring and alarm system is an important subject in the field of ship automation. It can accurately and reliably monitor the running state and parameters of various power equipment in the engine room and control the equipment.In case of failure of running equipment, acousto-optic alarm is issued automatically, which prompts the engineer manager to make timely decision on equipment management measures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment as much as possible.In recent years, in the pursuit of system reliability and security, people pay more attention to its operation convenience, interface aesthetics, operation economy, these factors have become the driving force to explore the new marine engine room monitoring and alarm system.This paper first introduces the development of engine room monitoring and alarm system, and then analyzes its composition and function in detail, and predicts its next development trend.After consulting a lot of engineering data and practical experience, the hardware selection of the system is completed, and the system application software is developed by using C # and XAML language under the Visual Studio2012 compiler environment, and the communication debugging between the systems is realized.In this paper, a new type of marine engine room monitoring and alarm system is designed based on the K-Chief600 engine room monitoring and alarm system, taking the newly built internship ship project of Dalian Maritime University as the traction object.The scheme has been validated in the simulator of the marine automation laboratory, and it is planned to be used in the actual ship project in the next step.
