不規(guī)則波浪下SPAR平臺參數(shù)縱搖的預(yù)測研究

【摘要】:研究了深海Spar平臺在不規(guī)則波浪條件下的參數(shù)縱搖現(xiàn)象。隨著海洋油氣開發(fā)不斷向深海區(qū)域發(fā)展,浮式平臺在勘探、開采和生產(chǎn)中得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。參數(shù)振動是由于系統(tǒng)參數(shù)隨時間變化而引起的振動現(xiàn)象。對于深海Spar平臺,該現(xiàn)象通常是由于其在波浪中的垂蕩運動引起的穩(wěn)性半徑變化所導(dǎo)致的,并表現(xiàn)為較大的縱搖或橫搖響應(yīng)。若發(fā)生參數(shù)縱搖現(xiàn)象,則可能會造成過大的平臺運動,導(dǎo)致平臺自身、相關(guān)設(shè)備的損壞,甚至威脅到工作人員的安全。因此,對參數(shù)縱搖現(xiàn)象進行預(yù)測和研究有助于避免不必要的人員傷亡和經(jīng)濟損失。眾多研究人員在規(guī)則波的條件下對Spar平臺的參數(shù)縱搖現(xiàn)象進行了研究。然而實際海況下,波浪是不規(guī)則的,且有實驗?zāi)M表明平臺在不規(guī)則波下同樣會發(fā)生參數(shù)縱搖,不考慮不規(guī)則波的參數(shù)縱搖分析可能存在危險。盡管不規(guī)則波浪條件下Spar平臺的參數(shù)縱搖預(yù)測存在激勵函數(shù)模擬和求解方法等眾多挑戰(zhàn),仍有必要進一步對不規(guī)則波浪條件下的深海Spar平臺參數(shù)縱搖性質(zhì)進行系列分析,以保證平臺在實際海況下的作業(yè)安全。本論文對現(xiàn)有的Spar平臺參數(shù)不穩(wěn)定性研究現(xiàn)狀進行歸納總結(jié),基于平臺的垂蕩-縱搖運動方程,并通過線性波浪理論,模擬了不規(guī)則波浪下Spar平臺的垂蕩運動響應(yīng),進而對由垂蕩引起的參數(shù)縱搖現(xiàn)象主要進行了以下分析:1)推導(dǎo)出了適用于不規(guī)則波情況的Hill方程,實現(xiàn)了Spar平臺在不規(guī)則波浪條件下參數(shù)縱搖的解析方法預(yù)測。應(yīng)用解析方法繪制了多頻波情況下的穩(wěn)定性區(qū)域圖,并與規(guī)則波的單頻情況進行對比,提出了在不規(guī)則波情況下對參數(shù)縱搖進行分析的重要性。對不穩(wěn)定區(qū)域的分布,以及阻尼系數(shù)等因素的影響作了分析,并對比了不同Spar平臺殼體形狀的穩(wěn)定性區(qū)域圖,得出以上因素對參數(shù)縱搖性質(zhì)的影響和有利于避免參數(shù)縱搖的Spar平臺形式。2)基于數(shù)值求解方法對Spar平臺縱搖運動進行模擬?紤]非線性項因素,進行了更準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測。一方面對解析方法預(yù)測結(jié)果的安全性進行了驗證,另一方面基于時歷模擬的結(jié)果繪制了Spar平臺最大縱搖角度與相關(guān)設(shè)計參數(shù)的等高圖,直觀地分析不同設(shè)計變量對參數(shù)縱搖性質(zhì)和縱搖變化趨勢的影響,得出了部分設(shè)計變量的簡化對預(yù)測結(jié)果的影響,給出了發(fā)生參數(shù)縱搖情況下合理的設(shè)計變量調(diào)整方案。本論文實現(xiàn)了對不規(guī)則波情況下Spar平臺參數(shù)縱搖的預(yù)測和分析,指出了有利于避免參數(shù)縱搖的Spar平臺殼體形式,對平臺的設(shè)計變量選取或調(diào)整方式提出了建議,有助于更好地進行Spar平臺的設(shè)計,從而避免參數(shù)縱搖現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,保證了平臺和人員在作業(yè)中的安全。
[Abstract]:Study on the parameters of Spar platform in deep sea in irregular waves under the condition of pitching phenomenon. With the development of offshore oil and gas continue to deep-sea floating platform in regional development, exploration, widely used in mining and production. The parametric vibration is due to the phenomenon of vibration system with time-varying parameters caused. For deep sea Spar the platform, the phenomenon is usually caused by the change of the radius of stability in waves caused by the vertical movement, and the performance for larger pitching or rolling response. If the parameter of pitching phenomenon may be caused by excessive platform motion, leading to the platform itself, damage to equipment, even the threat to the safety of the staff. Therefore, the parameters of pitching phenomenon prediction and research helps to avoid unnecessary casualties and economic losses. Many researchers in the regular wave condition parameters on Spar platform longitudinal Shake phenomenon has been studied. However, the actual sea conditions, the wave is irregular, and the experimental results show that the platform in the irregular wave under the same will happen without considering the parameters of pitching, irregular wave parameter analysis of longitudinal wave could be dangerous. Although the longitudinal excitation function are predicted rolling parameters and simulation methods for solving such challenges the irregular wave conditions of Spar platform, it is necessary to further the irregular wave under the condition of deepwater Spar platform parameters pitching properties of series of analysis to ensure safe operation in real conditions. The parameters of the Spar platform of the existing platform instability research status are summarized, the platform of heave pitch based on the equation of rolling motion, and through the linear wave theory, the simulation of irregular waves under Spar platform heave motion response of heave caused by parameter pitching phenomenon mainly conducted under Analysis: 1) derived from the Hill equation for irregular waves, to achieve the Spar platform in the prediction of analytical method of irregular wave parameters under the condition of the pitch. Using analytic method draw the stability region under the condition of multi frequency wave, and compared with the single frequency wave, put forward in the the irregular wave conditions on parameters of pitch analysis. In order to avoid the phenomenon of pitch parameters, ensure the platform and personnel in the operation safety.
