【摘要】:振動(dòng)現(xiàn)象廣泛存在于海上船舶的運(yùn)行中,惡劣的振動(dòng)可能危及航行船舶的安全,船舶總振動(dòng)相關(guān)性能的預(yù)報(bào)對(duì)一條設(shè)計(jì)階段的船舶具有十分重要的意義。小水線面雙體船(SWATH)發(fā)展迅速,受到越來(lái)越廣泛的關(guān)注。但同時(shí),其特殊的船型決定了其振型復(fù)雜、容易產(chǎn)生耦合振動(dòng)。與單體船相比,關(guān)于SWATH的振動(dòng)特性的分析尚不成熟,在此背景下,本文采用ABAQUS聲-固耦合法和基于二維邊界元方法的切片理論,對(duì)某小水線面雙體船的振動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行了分析研究,并對(duì)其計(jì)算結(jié)果尤其是典型振型進(jìn)行了討論總結(jié)。首先,介紹了船舶總振動(dòng)分析相關(guān)的理論,總結(jié)比較了船體總振動(dòng)分析的幾種計(jì)算方法。討論了附連水質(zhì)量對(duì)振動(dòng)分析的影響,及對(duì)本文應(yīng)用的奇點(diǎn)分布法(SDM)求解速度勢(shì)及附加質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了介紹。其次,對(duì)本文主要應(yīng)用的聲-固耦合法進(jìn)行了介紹,包括聲-固耦合法理論及Lanczos計(jì)算原理,并對(duì)軟件分析的前后處理流程進(jìn)行了說明。再次,使用兩種計(jì)算方法對(duì)某小水線面雙體船進(jìn)行振動(dòng)特性分析,提取“干”模態(tài)和“濕”模態(tài)的固有頻率和振型。通過對(duì)振型的總結(jié)可知,由于SWATH結(jié)構(gòu)形式特殊、潛體入水,形成了多種其特有的振型,潛體與主體耦合增加了振動(dòng)的復(fù)雜性。通過兩種方法的計(jì)算及比較,認(rèn)為利用聲-固耦合法解決SWATH的總體振動(dòng)是可行及可靠的;以及使用SDM+PATRAN方法進(jìn)行SWATH振動(dòng)特性分析是可行的,這里考慮了雙體間的互相影響。最后,討論了點(diǎn)焊對(duì)船舶振動(dòng)的影響。根據(jù)實(shí)際加工的焊距,通過釋放節(jié)點(diǎn)的方式模擬點(diǎn)焊的效果,對(duì)比原模型計(jì)算結(jié)果,分析點(diǎn)焊對(duì)船舶振動(dòng)的影響。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of vibration exists widely in the operation of ships on the sea. The bad vibration may endanger the safety of navigation ships. The prediction of ship total vibration correlation performance is of great significance to a ship in the design stage.Small waterline catamaran (SWATH) has developed rapidly and received more and more attention.But at the same time, its special ship shape determines its vibration mode is complex, easy to produce coupling vibration.Compared with the single ship, the analysis of the vibration characteristics of SWATH is still immature. In this background, the ABAQUS acoustic-solid coupling method and the slice theory based on two-dimensional boundary element method are used in this paper.In this paper, the vibration characteristics of a small waterline catamaran are analyzed, and the calculation results, especially the typical modes, are discussed and summarized.Firstly, the theory of ship total vibration analysis is introduced, and several calculation methods of ship total vibration analysis are summarized and compared.The effect of attached water mass on vibration analysis is discussed, and the solution of velocity potential and additional mass by using singular point distribution method (SDM) in this paper is introduced.Secondly, the acousto-solid coupling method, which is mainly used in this paper, is introduced, including the theory of acousto-solid coupling method and the principle of Lanczos calculation, and the pre-and post-processing flow of software analysis is explained.Thirdly, the vibration characteristics of a small waterline catamaran are analyzed by two calculation methods, and the natural frequencies and modes of "dry" mode and "wet" mode are extracted.From the conclusion of vibration mode, it can be seen that because of the special structure form of SWATH, the submerged body enters the water, forming a variety of its unique modes, and the coupling between the submersible and the main body increases the complexity of vibration.Through the calculation and comparison of the two methods, it is considered that it is feasible and reliable to use the acousto-solid coupling method to solve the overall vibration of SWATH, and that it is feasible to use the SDM PATRAN method to analyze the vibration characteristics of SWATH. The interaction between the two bodies is considered here.Finally, the effect of spot welding on ship vibration is discussed.According to the actual welding distance, the effect of spot welding was simulated by releasing the joints, and the effect of spot welding on ship vibration was analyzed by comparing the results of the original model.
