pH值對(duì)貨油艙用耐蝕鋼腐蝕特性的影響

【摘要】:針對(duì)油輪貨油艙底部的高氯離子強(qiáng)酸性腐蝕環(huán)境,參照了IMO《貨油艙用耐蝕鋼實(shí)驗(yàn)程序》的要求,深入研究了腐蝕溶液的pH值對(duì)其腐蝕特性的影響,對(duì)比分析了普通E36級(jí)船板鋼以及等強(qiáng)度級(jí)別的耐蝕船板鋼腐蝕行為的差異。研究結(jié)果表明,pH值對(duì)鋼的腐蝕速率有顯著影響。pH3.0時(shí),耐蝕鋼的耐腐蝕性能,尤其是耐點(diǎn)蝕性能明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)鋼;pH≥3.0時(shí),耐蝕鋼和傳統(tǒng)鋼的腐蝕速率未表現(xiàn)出明顯差異。強(qiáng)酸性氯離子環(huán)境下,實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的純凈度、微量耐蝕合金設(shè)計(jì)、顯微組織共同決定了其耐腐蝕性能。鋼中的非金屬夾雜物是誘發(fā)局部腐蝕的主要原因;Cu、Ni、Sn元素的復(fù)合添加能顯著提高耐蝕鋼的腐蝕電位,同時(shí)耐蝕合金元素在銹層內(nèi)部富集,提高了耐蝕鋼表面銹層的致密性與穩(wěn)定性;單一均勻的貝氏體顯微組織有利于提高實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼在酸性氯離子環(huán)境下的耐蝕性能,這主要是由于貝氏體組織中富碳相較少且分布均勻。
[Abstract]:In view of the strong acidic corrosion environment of high chlorine ions at the bottom of the tanker cargo tank, the effect of pH value of corrosion solution on the corrosion characteristics of the corrosion solution is studied in depth according to the requirements of IMO (corrosion resistant Steel for cargo Tank).
