基于激光視覺傳感的船舶型材機(jī)器人焊接焊道編排及系統(tǒng)研制

【摘要】:針對船舶T型材對口焊接中結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、焊接裝配精度差,導(dǎo)致無法直接使用示教型機(jī)器人進(jìn)行焊接的問題,本文采用Servo-Robot激光傳感和焊接專家系統(tǒng),通過開發(fā)的用戶界面選擇板厚、長度及坡口角度,實現(xiàn)激光尋縫,自動匹配焊接工藝參數(shù),并調(diào)用機(jī)器人焊接程序完成T型材多層多道自動焊接,提高了船舶T型材焊接效率和質(zhì)量,降低了工人勞動強(qiáng)度.
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of complex structure and poor assembly precision in parallel welding of ship T profile, it is impossible to directly use the demonstration robot for welding. In this paper, Servo-Robot laser sensing and welding expert system are adopted. By selecting the thickness, length and groove angle of the developed user interface, the laser seam finding is realized, the welding parameters are automatically matched, and the robot welding program is used to complete the multi-layer and multi-pass automatic welding of T profile. The welding efficiency and quality of T profile are improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
