系泊分析程序與半潛船壓載程序封裝的研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)海洋石油202鋪管船的系泊運(yùn)動(dòng)分析和海洋石油54000噸級(jí)大型起重機(jī)半潛船壓載分析兩個(gè)示例,使用集成軟件EASA對(duì)水動(dòng)力計(jì)算軟件MOSES進(jìn)行集成封裝,旨在改善在使用MOSES分析問(wèn)題時(shí)命令編寫(xiě)復(fù)雜、耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)、工程使用中修改不便等問(wèn)題。介紹MOSES對(duì)系泊分析問(wèn)題以及半潛船壓載問(wèn)題的分析過(guò)程,并使用EASA將MOSES的計(jì)算分析過(guò)程集成封裝。從封裝后的結(jié)果上來(lái)看,建立了一個(gè)用戶友好型的使用界面,讓使用者脫離了編程過(guò)程。實(shí)現(xiàn)了封裝后軟件使用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,增強(qiáng)了軟件保密性,使計(jì)算結(jié)果更加便于儲(chǔ)存和管理,并且并未由于對(duì)MOSES進(jìn)行封裝而造成計(jì)算時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)。該封裝所形成的計(jì)算模塊可以成為這一類(lèi)問(wèn)題固定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),例如對(duì)于封裝的半潛船壓載程序,由于不同的SPAR平臺(tái)在尺寸上來(lái)說(shuō)是基本相同的,所以可以將從拖拉上船開(kāi)始到完全拖放到船上結(jié)束之間的拖拉距離分步驟進(jìn)行定量化處理,以使本計(jì)算模塊適用于基本所有的SPAR平臺(tái)。對(duì)于不同的SPAR和對(duì)于不同的半潛船,在利用該計(jì)算模塊時(shí),只需要以相同的文件名向EASA上傳相應(yīng)的船型文件和載荷文件即可進(jìn)行計(jì)算使用,這增強(qiáng)了封裝后壓載分析模塊的適用范圍,,使其更具有工程實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, two examples of mooring motion analysis of offshore oil 202 tube-laying ship and ballast analysis of semi-submersible ship of 54000 ton offshore oil crane are presented. The integrated software EASA is used to package the hydrodynamic calculation software MOSES. The purpose of this paper is to improve the problems of complex command writing, long time consumption and inconvenient modification in engineering application when using MOSES to analyze problems. The analysis process of mooring analysis problem and ballast problem of semi-submersible ship by MOSES is introduced. From the result of encapsulation, a user friendly user interface is established, which makes the user get rid of the programming process and realize the network of software after encapsulation. It enhances the confidentiality of the software, makes the calculation results easier to store and manage, and does not result in the prolongation of the computing time due to the encapsulation of the MOSES. The computing module formed by the package can be used as a fixed standard for this kind of problem. For example, for a packaged semi-submersible ship ballast program, because different SPAR platforms are essentially the same in size, the drag distance from the start of the towing to the end of the full towing can be quantified step by step. In order to make this calculation module applicable to all basic SPAR platforms. For different SPAR and for different semi-submersible ships, when using the calculation module, It only needs to upload the ship form file and load file to EASA with the same file name, which can be used in calculation, which enhances the applicable range of the ballast analysis module after encapsulation, and makes it more practical in engineering.
