基于GPRS的太陽能游覽船舶無線監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)研發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,水上旅游越來越成為城市旅游的發(fā)展方向。然而,大部分現(xiàn)有游覽船舶采用柴油機(jī)推進(jìn),將不可避免產(chǎn)生環(huán)境污染和氣體排放,從而惡化游區(qū)的生態(tài)環(huán)境。因此,,利用太陽能發(fā)電技術(shù)、高性能鋰電池儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)以及結(jié)合先進(jìn)電力推進(jìn)技術(shù),開發(fā)新能源綜合電力推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)代替普通游船的柴油機(jī)推進(jìn),將可以有效的控制環(huán)境污染及其氣體排放。新能源船舶技術(shù)將會(huì)得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。 新能源游覽船舶采用較多先進(jìn)的技術(shù),系統(tǒng)組成復(fù)雜,而且游覽船舶較小,不能配備專門的技術(shù)人員,如果設(shè)備管理不到位,不能及時(shí)的處理船舶使用中出現(xiàn)的問題,將對(duì)船舶的安全運(yùn)營產(chǎn)生很大影響。因此,采用無線監(jiān)控技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)游覽船舶設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)采集和管理就成了一種解決方案。本文在相關(guān)課題的支持下,以太陽能為主要能源的雙體游覽船舶綜合電力推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)為對(duì)象,分析系統(tǒng)無線監(jiān)控要求,以PLC為主控制器,研究無線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和軟硬件開發(fā),提高船舶運(yùn)行安全性能和遠(yuǎn)程管理。主要工作內(nèi)容安排如下: 1、介紹太陽能船舶的綜合電力推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),分析各個(gè)組成系統(tǒng)的功能,提取性能參數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)功能要求分析。 2、分析各種遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)傳輸及監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),根據(jù)游覽船舶的特點(diǎn),采用無線傳輸模塊DTU,結(jié)合了現(xiàn)代移動(dòng)通信技術(shù),提出了基于Delphi無線監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。 3、基于S7-300PLC的太陽能游覽船舶能量控制系統(tǒng),搭建無線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)硬件平臺(tái),開發(fā)基于Delphi的上位機(jī)無線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸接口程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的無線傳輸。 4、開發(fā)基于Delphi的上位機(jī)太陽能游覽船舶監(jiān)控軟件,以及基于SQL Sever2005數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)的數(shù)據(jù)中心,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)顯示與存儲(chǔ)。 本開發(fā)系統(tǒng)在船舶綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上搭建測(cè)試,并在實(shí)船上得到應(yīng)用,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)觀測(cè),對(duì)比游船無線監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)采集到的數(shù)據(jù)與游船實(shí)際的航行數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)果一致,基于GPRS的太陽能游覽船舶無線監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了游船數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控與管理,達(dá)到系統(tǒng)預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism economy, water tourism has become the development direction of urban tourism. However, most of the existing cruise ships are propelled by diesel engine, which will inevitably produce environmental pollution and gas emissions. Therefore, using solar power generation technology, high performance lithium battery energy storage technology and combined with advanced electric propulsion technology, develop a new energy integrated electric propulsion system instead of ordinary cruise ship diesel propulsion. New energy ship technology will be used more and more widely. New energy cruise ships adopt more advanced technologies, the system composition is complex, and the cruise ships are small and cannot be equipped with special technical personnel. If the equipment management is not in place, the problems arising in the use of the ships cannot be dealt with in a timely manner. Therefore, using wireless monitoring technology to realize the data collection and management of cruise equipment becomes a solution. With the support of related topics, this paper, with the support of related topics, will have a great impact on the safe operation of ships. Taking the solar energy as the main energy source, the catamaran integrated electric propulsion system is taken as the object, and the requirement of wireless monitoring system is analyzed. The topology structure and software and hardware development of the wireless monitoring system are studied with PLC as the main controller. To improve the safety performance and remote management of ships. The main tasks are as follows:. 1. The structure of integrated electric propulsion system of solar ship is introduced, the function of each component system is analyzed, the performance parameter is extracted, and the function requirement of monitoring system is analyzed. 2. The advantages and disadvantages of various remote data transmission and monitoring systems are analyzed. According to the characteristics of cruise ships, the wireless transmission module DTU is adopted and the modern mobile communication technology is combined. The design scheme of wireless monitoring and management system based on Delphi is put forward. 3. The solar energy control system based on S7-300 PLC is used to build the hardware platform of the wireless monitoring system, and the wireless data transmission interface program based on Delphi is developed to realize the wireless data transmission. 4. The monitoring software of upper computer solar energy cruise ship based on Delphi and the data center based on SQL Sever2005 database are developed to realize data display and storage. The development system is built and tested on the comprehensive ship experimental platform, and is applied on the real ship. Through the experimental observation, the data collected by the wireless monitoring and management system of cruise ship are compared with the actual navigation data of the cruise ship, and the results are consistent. The wireless monitoring and management system of solar cruise ship based on GPRS realizes the data monitoring and management of cruise ship, and achieves the desired effect.
