模塊化柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨我國船舶工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,船用柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀市場增長迅速。目前市場上多數(shù)柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀是專用型的,既一款柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀只能與一款柴油機(jī)配套。這種類型的監(jiān)控儀通用性差,維護(hù)不便。針對現(xiàn)有柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀存在的不足,研發(fā)出一種通用性強、維護(hù)方便的柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀具有重大意義。 論文首先分析了柴油機(jī)工作時的幾項關(guān)鍵參數(shù)及其檢測方法,明確了柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀的工作原理。在充分市場需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出來合理的解決方案,通過軟硬件設(shè)計最終實現(xiàn)了模塊化柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀的研制。 論文分為以下幾個部分:首先,分析了國內(nèi)外柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)狀,其次,分析了柴油機(jī)工作時的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)及其檢測方法,介紹了柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀的工作原理。第三,針對現(xiàn)有柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀存在的不足,在進(jìn)行了充分的市場需求調(diào)研分析的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)形式設(shè)計新型柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀的思路并提出了解決方案。接著,根據(jù)總體方案實施軟硬件設(shè)計,重點闡述了硬件設(shè)計中的關(guān)鍵部分原理分析和實現(xiàn)方式。最后對開發(fā)出的樣機(jī)進(jìn)行試驗驗證,檢驗產(chǎn)品性能,最終形成可以用于產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品。 論文分析柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀工作原理及市場需求的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計完成了模塊化船用柴油機(jī)監(jiān)控儀,為產(chǎn)品在其他領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。設(shè)計完成的產(chǎn)品考慮了可靠性等產(chǎn)業(yè)化所涉及的問題,設(shè)計出來的產(chǎn)品具有實際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's shipbuilding industry, the market of marine diesel engine monitoring instruments is growing rapidly. Since a diesel monitoring instrument can only match one diesel engine, this type of monitoring instrument is poor in generality and inconvenient in maintenance. In view of the shortcomings of the existing diesel engine monitoring instrument, a new type of monitoring instrument with strong versatility has been developed. It is of great significance to maintain a convenient monitoring instrument for diesel engine. This paper first analyzes several key parameters of diesel engine and its detection methods, and clarifies the working principle of diesel monitoring instrument. On the basis of sufficient market demand analysis, a reasonable solution is put forward. Through the design of software and hardware, the development of modular diesel engine monitor is finally realized. The paper is divided into the following parts: firstly, the present situation of diesel engine monitor products at home and abroad is analyzed, secondly, the key parameters and their detection methods are analyzed, and the working principle of diesel engine monitor is introduced. In view of the deficiency of the existing diesel engine monitor and control instrument, on the basis of the sufficient market demand investigation and analysis, the idea of adopting the modular structure to design the new diesel engine monitor instrument is clarified and the solution is put forward. According to the overall scheme, the hardware and software design is carried out, and the principle analysis and implementation of the key parts in the hardware design are emphasized. Finally, the developed prototype is tested and verified to test the performance of the product. The final form can be used for industrial production of products. On the basis of analyzing the working principle and market demand of diesel engine monitor, the modular marine diesel monitoring instrument is designed. It lays a foundation for the application of the product in other fields. The product designed has practical application value because it takes into account the problems involved in the industrialization such as reliability and so on.
