【摘要】:為研究SCR催化劑的儲氨特性,基于AVL BOOST軟件建立某型船舶柴油機(jī)SCR催化劑模型,仿真研究不同溫度和空速下的SCR催化劑儲氨動態(tài)過程與儲氨量,以及儲氨量對轉(zhuǎn)化效率的影響.結(jié)果表明:相同空速下,溫度增大后催化劑儲氨能力顯著降低,氨存儲時間以及飽和儲氨量隨溫度升高呈線性減小的趨勢;相同溫度下,空速增大后加快了NH3泄漏,從而使氨存儲時間和飽和儲氨量有不同程度的降低.低溫時(280℃以下),空速對飽和儲氨量的影響較大,隨著空速增大,飽和儲氨量逐漸減小;較高溫度時(280℃以上),空速對飽和儲氨量的影響非常小.低溫時,轉(zhuǎn)化效率隨儲氨量增大而提高,隨著溫度的升高,儲氨量對轉(zhuǎn)化效率的影響逐漸減小.
[Abstract]:In order to study the ammonia storage characteristics of SCR catalyst, a model of SCR catalyst for marine diesel engine was established based on AVL BOOST software. The dynamic process and amount of ammonia storage of SCR catalyst at different temperature and space velocity were simulated. The results show that the ammonia storage capacity of the catalyst decreases significantly with the increase of temperature, and the ammonia storage time and saturated ammonia storage capacity decrease linearly with the increase of temperature, and at the same temperature, the ammonia storage capacity of the catalyst decreases linearly with the increase of temperature. The increase of space velocity accelerates the leakage of NH3, which decreases ammonia storage time and saturated ammonia storage in varying degrees. At low temperature, the effect of space velocity on saturated ammonia storage is greater than 280 鈩,
