【摘要】：AIS船載終端是確保海上船舶安全航行的重要設(shè)備。其工作在高溫、潮濕、鹽霧的惡劣氣候環(huán)境中,其中潮濕的影響較為明顯。因此,防潮設(shè)計(jì)不當(dāng)容易引起質(zhì)量故障。列舉了潮濕的危害,分析了潮濕影響產(chǎn)品性能機(jī)理和防護(hù)措施;進(jìn)而結(jié)合分析,對AIS船載終端進(jìn)行了全面的防潮設(shè)計(jì),以確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:AIS terminal is an important equipment to ensure the safe navigation of ships at sea. It works in the harsh climate of high temperature, humidity and salt fog, among which the effect of humidity is obvious. This paper lists the harm of moisture, analyzes the mechanism and protective measures of moisture affecting the product performance, and then carries out a comprehensive moisture-proof design for the shipborne terminal of AIS in order to confirm the quality of the product.
