基于ANSYS Workbench拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化對(duì)止動(dòng)架輕量化的研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)止動(dòng)架重量過(guò)大及焊接、維修工藝性差等問(wèn)題,提出將拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法應(yīng)用到止動(dòng)架輕量化設(shè)計(jì)中。首先,進(jìn)行三角板模型的靜應(yīng)力有限元計(jì)算,并對(duì)三角板模型進(jìn)行拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化,通過(guò)對(duì)比三角板模型優(yōu)化前后的計(jì)算結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法的可行性。然后將拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法應(yīng)用到止動(dòng)架結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)中,達(dá)到了輕量化設(shè)計(jì)的目的。該方法可應(yīng)用于同類(lèi)大型焊接結(jié)構(gòu)件的輕量化設(shè)計(jì),具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of heavy weight, welding and poor maintenance process of the stop frame, the topology optimization method is applied to the lightweight design of the stop frame. Firstly, the static stress finite element calculation of the triangle plate model is carried out. The topology optimization of the triangle plate model is carried out, and the feasibility of the topology optimization method is verified by comparing the calculation results before and after the triangle plate model optimization. Then, the topology optimization method is applied to the structural optimization design of the stop frame. The method can be applied to the lightweight design of similar large welded structural parts and has certain engineering application value.
