基于STM32的漁船油耗監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)漁船燃油消耗過高以及漁業(yè)監(jiān)管部門對(duì)大量漁船監(jiān)管不便的問題,利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)無線通信技術(shù)的功能,設(shè)計(jì)基于STM32的漁船油耗監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)由監(jiān)測(cè)中心計(jì)算機(jī)、油耗數(shù)據(jù)采集網(wǎng)關(guān)、無線傳透模塊和感應(yīng)式流量計(jì)構(gòu)成。利用CC2530F256芯片為核心的ZigBee模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)全港口網(wǎng)絡(luò)互聯(lián)的功能。下行通過ZigBee協(xié)調(diào)器與分布在漁船上的ZigBee路由器聯(lián)網(wǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)漁船油耗數(shù)據(jù)的采集與傳輸,經(jīng)由油耗數(shù)據(jù)采集網(wǎng)關(guān)主控芯片STM32F207Z進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的解析與存儲(chǔ),上行通過RS232實(shí)現(xiàn)與監(jiān)測(cè)計(jì)算機(jī)的通訊。在福州某港口試驗(yàn)證明,可實(shí)現(xiàn)漁船油耗實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集和監(jiān)管部門對(duì)漁船的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of excessive fuel consumption of fishing vessels and the inconvenience of supervision of a large number of fishing vessels by the fishery supervision department, a fishing vessel fuel consumption monitoring system based on STM32 is designed by using the function of wireless communication technology of the Internet of things. The system is composed of monitoring center computer, fuel consumption data acquisition gateway, wireless transmission module and inductive Flowmeter. The ZigBee module is based on CC2530F256 chip. Through the ZigBee coordinator and the ZigBee router distributed on the fishing vessel, the data collection and transmission of the fuel consumption of the fishing vessel can be realized. The data is analyzed and stored by the main control chip STM32F207Z of the fuel consumption data acquisition gateway, and the communication with the monitoring computer is realized through the uplink RS232, which is proved by the test in a port in Fuzhou. It can realize real-time data acquisition of fuel consumption of fishing vessel and remote monitoring of fishing vessel by supervision department.
