【摘要】:國際海事組織已基本確定了完整船癱船狀態(tài)下的第2層薄弱性傾覆概率評估方法。由于破損艦船在風(fēng)浪中運動的復(fù)雜性,破損艦船癱船狀態(tài)下的傾覆概率評估方法還未提出;谕暾c船失效模式評估方法的思想,對破損艦船的橫搖運動進行簡化,提出一種評價破損艦船癱船狀態(tài)下傾覆概率的方法,并利用實船進行計算分析。分析各參數(shù)對傾覆概率的影響,研究對稱進水和非對稱進水這2種情況下的傾覆概率。結(jié)果表明:所提的用于評價破損艦船癱船狀態(tài)下傾覆概率的方法可行,其中非對稱進水更為危險,可為研究破損艦船癱船穩(wěn)性提供參考。
[Abstract]:The IMO has basically determined the probability evaluation method of the second layer weakness overturning under the condition of complete ship paralysis. Because of the complexity of the damaged ship moving in the wind and waves. The evaluation method of capsizing probability under the condition of paralyzed ship has not been put forward. Based on the idea of the evaluation method of failure mode of the intact ship, the rolling motion of damaged ship is simplified. This paper presents a method to evaluate the capsizing probability of a damaged ship under the condition of paralysis, and analyzes the effect of each parameter on the capsizing probability by means of the calculation and analysis of the real ship. The overturning probabilities of symmetric and asymmetric influent are studied. The results show that the proposed method is feasible to evaluate the overturn probability of damaged ship in paralyzed state, and asymmetric influent is more dangerous. It can provide a reference for studying the stability of damaged ship paralyzed ship.
