【摘要】:當今世界,人類生存環(huán)境問題日益凸顯,節(jié)能減排、低碳已成為各國、各產業(yè)領域關注的焦點,,繼信息化之后,經濟領域的又將掀起一場綠色經濟的重大革命。綠色的本質,在于更充分利用資源及更低的環(huán)境損耗,獲取更高品質的生存需求。追求綠色化的過程,就是追求更高能耗性價比的過程�?梢赃@樣認為,在滿足相同需求的基礎上,既要追求船舶產品的經濟性(生產力代價指標)最優(yōu),也要追求環(huán)保性(環(huán)境代價指標)最優(yōu)。 船舶營運過程中的備品備件保障程度關系到船舶可靠性的高低,又受到經濟性與環(huán)保性的制約。決策者在每次航行任務中,既要使備品備件數(shù)量保障充足,確保船舶航行的安全可靠,又要避免保障過度,造成經濟性與環(huán)保性上的不必要浪費。 本文基于船舶全生命周期,提出以碳計量方法作為船舶綠色度評定的衡量指標,并在分析船舶可靠性、維修性的基礎上,建立船舶故障樹模型,給出了船舶備品備件綠色更換策略的決策模型。基于本文提出的決策模型,引入可變權懲罰函數(shù),通過改進的經典搜索法和遺傳算法求解多目標規(guī)劃的局部最優(yōu)解。應用本文提出的決策模型,對某型船舶進行仿真分析,獲得該船舶備品備件的綠色更換策略。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the problem of human survival environment has become increasingly prominent, energy saving, low carbon has become the focus of attention in various countries, industries, following the information, the economy will set off a wave of green economy revolution. The essence of green, is the use of environmental resources and lower loss more fully, more high quality of life the pursuit of green demand. The process is the pursuit of higher energy cost. This can be considered on the basis of meeting the same requirements, not only to the pursuit of economic ship products (productivity cost index) of the best, but also the pursuit of environmental protection (environmental price index) is optimal.
The operation of the ship in the process of spare parts related to the degree of protection of ship reliability level, but also restricted by economic and environmental protection. The decision makers in each mission, should make the spare parts quantity guarantee sufficient to ensure that the ship navigation safety, and avoid excessive protection, resulting in unnecessary waste of economy and environmental protection on.
The ship based on the life cycle, proposed to carbon accounting method as a measure of ship green degree evaluation, and the analysis of ship reliability, maintainability based on established fault tree model, gives the decision model of ship spare parts to replace the green strategy. Based decision-making model proposed by Yu Benwen, by introducing a variable power penalty function the local optimal search method is improved and the classical genetic algorithm for solving multiobjective programming solution. A decision model is presented in this paper, the simulation analysis of a certain type of ship, the ship spare parts to replace the green strategy.
