【摘要】：在這個世界各個國家越來越重視經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展的時代，信息技術(shù)和資源已經(jīng)成為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素之一。進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)后，人們自然而然的把注意力投向了廣闊的海洋。因而，二十一世紀(jì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)也被稱之為是海洋的經(jīng)濟(jì)，由此引發(fā)的資源沖突、島礁之爭也日益增多。我國有漫長的海岸線，經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)使得我們越來越重視海洋，同時也為了我們的海上交通和能源之路，我們必須大力發(fā)展我國的船舶事業(yè)和信息技術(shù)。 無線射頻技術(shù)(英文簡稱RFID，即Radio-frequency Identification）是一種無線非接觸式識別技術(shù)，這種自動識別技術(shù)開始興起于20世紀(jì)90年代。識別工作利用無線射頻傳輸原理，通過電磁波的發(fā)射與接收達(dá)到對目標(biāo)物體的識別，，整個過程無需直接接觸，自動完成識別。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)包括：受周圍環(huán)境影響相對較小，可以連續(xù)、非接觸地完成自動識別，并且能夠穿透非金屬物體進(jìn)行識別，具有一定的抗干擾能力。 本文首先對當(dāng)前的船舶備件管理的信息不能有效的利用和資源不能合理分配等問題，分析了其原因，并提出依靠信息化的管理手段來合理分配資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)了一體化和信息化的船舶備件管理系統(tǒng)。這也是本次課題研究的方向。 本文分析了基于RFID技術(shù)的船舶備件系統(tǒng)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)選用，并對備件使用自動識別系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)信息監(jiān)控等核心系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)，提高了船舶備件管理工作的水平和效率，提高了維修和備件管理的科學(xué)性。并基于RFID技術(shù)的實(shí)施和運(yùn)用，對傳統(tǒng)備件管理的業(yè)務(wù)流程和管理手段進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，對保障設(shè)備可靠性，提升信息化管理水平具有重要的意義。最后對該系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)、現(xiàn)存不足和前景進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:In the era of growing importance to the development of economy , information technology and resources have become one of the most important factors in promoting economic development . After entering the 21st century , the economy of the twenty - first century is also known as the economy of the oceans . Therefore , the economy of the twenty - first century is also known as the economy of the oceans , and the dispute between the islands and reefs has increased . Our country has a long coastline , and the economic development has made us more and more attention to the oceans , and also for our maritime traffic and energy road , we must develop our country ' s ship cause and information technology . Radio - frequency identification ( RFID ) is a kind of wireless non - contact identification technology , which starts to rise in 1990s . This paper first analyzes the reason of the current ship spare parts management information and the unreasonable allocation of resources , and puts forward the management means to allocate resources reasonably to realize the integration and information - based management of ship spare parts . This is also the direction of the research . This paper analyzes the frame structure and technical selection of the ship spare parts system based on RFID technology , designs the core system such as automatic identification system for spare parts , data information monitoring and so on , improves the level and efficiency of the management of spare parts and improves the scientific nature of maintenance and spare parts management .
