【摘要】:隨著對(duì)海洋油氣資源的勘探與開(kāi)發(fā)逐漸向深海邁進(jìn),作為海工裝備的浮式結(jié)構(gòu)物起著越來(lái)越重要的作用。研究浮式結(jié)構(gòu)物與其系泊系統(tǒng)的相互作用可為浮式結(jié)構(gòu)物在波浪上的運(yùn)動(dòng)響應(yīng)性能研究奠定基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)而為浮式結(jié)構(gòu)物的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。 本文以CFD為技術(shù)手段,以開(kāi)源工具箱OpenFOAM為平臺(tái),以船舶與海洋工程CFD求解器naoe-FOAM-SJTU為基礎(chǔ),自主開(kāi)發(fā)了系泊系統(tǒng)數(shù)值分析模塊naoeFOAM-ms,擴(kuò)展了該求解器在處理浮式結(jié)構(gòu)物水動(dòng)力學(xué)問(wèn)題上的能力。該數(shù)值分析模塊可同時(shí)應(yīng)用靜力學(xué)與動(dòng)力學(xué)分析方法求解系泊系統(tǒng),以滿(mǎn)足不同的工程需求。該模塊的加入為系泊系統(tǒng)與浮式結(jié)構(gòu)物建立了聯(lián)系,提供了分析二者相互作用的途徑。同時(shí),由于程序設(shè)計(jì)上原生的可擴(kuò)展性,后續(xù)還可以方便地添加更多的系泊系統(tǒng)求解方法。通過(guò)將計(jì)算結(jié)果與其它數(shù)值結(jié)果和模型試驗(yàn)比較,驗(yàn)證了該模塊中系泊系統(tǒng)求解程序的可靠性。并以二維浮式防波堤與深海半潛式鉆井平臺(tái)為例,應(yīng)用naoe-FOAM-SJTU求解器計(jì)算結(jié)構(gòu)物運(yùn)動(dòng)響應(yīng),分別采用靜力學(xué)與動(dòng)力學(xué)分析方法求解系泊系統(tǒng),得到與試驗(yàn)吻合的結(jié)果,證明了naoe-FOAM-SJTU求解器在處理浮式結(jié)構(gòu)物在波浪上的運(yùn)動(dòng)響應(yīng)問(wèn)題上的能力。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)同一形式的半潛式平臺(tái),,通過(guò)從不同鏈索分析方法、不同鏈索材料長(zhǎng)度比例以及系泊系統(tǒng)同組內(nèi)不同鏈索間夾角布置等三方面改變系泊系統(tǒng)參數(shù),應(yīng)用naoe-FOAM-SJTU求解器計(jì)算平臺(tái)在波浪上的運(yùn)動(dòng)響應(yīng),考察平臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)響應(yīng)變化,從而評(píng)估系泊系統(tǒng)參數(shù)變化對(duì)平臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)響應(yīng)的影響。結(jié)果表明,系泊系統(tǒng)參數(shù)變化對(duì)平臺(tái)各自由度運(yùn)動(dòng)響應(yīng)影響程度不同,縱蕩自由度所受影響較顯著,通過(guò)選擇合適的系泊系統(tǒng)參數(shù)可以在一定程度上改善該自由度運(yùn)動(dòng)響應(yīng)性能。
[Abstract]:With the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas resources gradually to the deep sea forward, as the floating structure of marine engineering equipment plays an increasingly important role. The interaction of floating structures and mooring system for the motion of floating structures in waves on the response performance of laying the foundation, provide a reference for the design of then for the floating structures.
Based on the CFD technology, to open the toolbox of OpenFOAM platform, the ship and marine engineering CFD naoe-FOAM-SJTU solver based on the independent development of the mooring system of numerical analysis module of naoeFOAM-ms, extends the ability of the solver in the treatment of water dynamics of floating structures. The numerical analysis module can be simultaneously applied statics and dynamics analysis method for solving the mooring system, to meet the needs of different projects. Join the module connection for mooring system with floating structures, provides a means of interaction analysis of the two. At the same time, the program design of primary scalability, follow-up can easily add more solving method of mooring system compared with other numerical results and model test by the calculation results, verify the reliability of the mooring system solver in the module. And the two-dimensional floating breakwater breakwater With the deep sea semi submersible drilling platform as an example, the application of naoe-FOAM-SJTU solver to calculate the structure motion response, using static and dynamic analysis method for solving the mooring system, get the agreement with the experimental results proved that the naoe-FOAM-SJTU solver response ability on the question of floating structures in waves of the movement.
On this basis, according to the semi submersible platform in the same form, through different chain analysis method, different chain length of material proportion and mooring system within the same group of different chain angle between the three aspects of change arrangement of mooring system parameters, using naoe-FOAM-SJTU solver to calculate response platform in wave motion, change of the motion response of the platform, so as to assess the impact of changes in response to the movement of platform mooring system parameters. The results show that the change of system parameters on the response of the mooring platform for the freedom of movement to the influence degree of different degrees of freedom, surge affected significantly, by choosing appropriate parameters of the mooring system can improve the performance of response of the freedom movement in a certain extent.
