【摘要】:為提取摩擦振動(dòng)的特征信號(hào)和實(shí)現(xiàn)摩擦振動(dòng)特征信號(hào)的定量表征,在摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)上進(jìn)行了船用柴油機(jī)缸套—活塞環(huán)摩擦副摩擦磨損模擬試驗(yàn),應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)J椒纸?Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)對(duì)非線性、非平穩(wěn)的摩擦振動(dòng)信號(hào)進(jìn)行分解,獲得若干個(gè)本征模式分量(Intrinsic Mode Function,IMF)。根據(jù)振幅范圍和互相關(guān)系數(shù),從EMD的所有IMF中選擇反映摩擦振動(dòng)特征的IMF分量重新合成摩擦振動(dòng)特征信號(hào),利用改進(jìn)的多重分形算法對(duì)摩擦振動(dòng)特征信號(hào)進(jìn)行多重分形分析,得到摩擦振動(dòng)信號(hào)的多重分形譜,進(jìn)一步求取摩擦振動(dòng)信號(hào)多重分形譜的寬度、極大值、維差以及非對(duì)稱指數(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)J椒纸饽軌驅(qū)崿F(xiàn)微弱摩擦振動(dòng)特征信號(hào)的提取,多重分形譜參數(shù)可以作為摩擦振動(dòng)信號(hào)的特征值。
[Abstract]:For the quantitative characterization and friction vibration signals of extracting characteristic signals of friction and vibration, the friction and wear test machine of friction and wear testing friction with diesel cylinder piston ring ship machine, use of empirical mode decomposition (Empirical Mode Decomposition, EMD) to decompose the nonlinear and non stationary friction vibration signals, obtained several intrinsic mode components (Intrinsic, Mode Function, IMF). According to the amplitude range and correlation coefficient, reflecting friction vibration signal from EMD IMF IMF in all components of the new friction vibration signals, by multifractal analysis of friction vibration signals using the multi fractal algorithm, get the multifractal spectrum of vibration signals of friction, and further to obtain the friction vibration signal of multifractal spectrum width, maximum dimension, difference and asymmetric index. The results show that empirical mode decomposition can achieve the extraction of weak friction vibration characteristic signals, and the multifractal spectrum parameters can be used as the eigenvalues of friction vibration signals.
