基于類肽等級自組裝結(jié)構(gòu)仿生納米材料:合成,表征和應(yīng)用(英文)

類肽(或N-取代甘氨酸)具有合成效率高、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性強、抗酶水解及生物相容性好等優(yōu)點,是一類潛在的可自定義序列的生物仿生聚合物.通過調(diào)節(jié)類肽的側(cè)鏈化學(xué),可以精確地控制類肽序列并實現(xiàn)側(cè)鏈的多樣性.基于以上類肽分子獨特的優(yōu)勢,在過去的幾年里,研究者設(shè)計和合成了大量的雙親性類肽作為基本的結(jié)構(gòu)單元,通過自下而上的分子自組裝作用構(gòu)建了結(jié)構(gòu)可控和具有特定功能的仿生納米材料.本文從以下三個方面綜述了我們在類肽自組裝領(lǐng)域取得的一些成果.首先,概述了以云母和硅片為無機基底輔助類肽自組裝.將原子力顯微鏡原位成像技術(shù)和單分子力譜技術(shù)相結(jié)合,可實時觀察類肽分子在表面的組裝過程并直接測定類肽分子與基底間的相互作用,揭示基底表面對類肽自組裝的影響.其次,介紹了類肽分子在溶液中自組裝成納米管和具有自修復(fù)功能的納米薄膜.最后,綜述了基于類肽自組裝納米材料的應(yīng)用,包括以類肽自組裝納米材料為催化模板構(gòu)建納米仿生催化劑和作為細(xì)胞內(nèi)輸送物質(zhì)的載體等.
