二維納米材料在電子學(xué)、催化、超級(jí)電容器和能源材料等領(lǐng)域展現(xiàn)出了巨大的應(yīng)用潛力.在生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,以二維超薄納米材料為代表的低維材料,因其優(yōu)異的機(jī)械、光熱、電子和光學(xué)性能,以及良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,被廣泛用于構(gòu)建多功能納米平臺(tái)并應(yīng)用于腫瘤的診療.本綜述概述了石墨炔、黑磷、過(guò)渡金屬二鹵化物、銻烯等新型低維材料的特定結(jié)構(gòu)與性質(zhì),詳細(xì)總結(jié)了基于各類對(duì)近紅外或超聲敏感的材料構(gòu)建的納米平臺(tái)在光熱、光動(dòng)力和聲動(dòng)力無(wú)創(chuàng)腫瘤治療中的最新進(jìn)展,并進(jìn)一步探討了納米材料在無(wú)創(chuàng)式癌癥治療中所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與應(yīng)用前景.
