CuO修飾的碳納米平臺用于多重成像和聯(lián)合增強的抗腫瘤治療(英文)

   將多功能納米平臺的設(shè)計合成應(yīng)用于腫瘤的聯(lián)合治療得到研究人員的廣泛關(guān)注.本研究通過水熱法制備了形貌均勻的光熱材料碳納米球,表面負載CuO和抗癌藥鹽酸阿霉素(DOX)實現(xiàn)光熱/化學動力/化療聯(lián)合治療. CuO通過靜電吸附負載在碳納米球(CNSs)表面,電子在C-2p與Cu-3d之間的躍遷提高了材料的光熱轉(zhuǎn)換效率. CuO也可以作為化學動力試劑,在腫瘤部位釋放Cu2+并通過Haber-Weiss和類Fenton反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生羥基自由基誘導腫瘤細胞凋亡. DOX吸附在CuO@CNSs表面,表現(xiàn)出p H響應(yīng)釋放和近紅外激光刺激響應(yīng)的釋放效果.研究結(jié)果表明, CuO@CNSs-DOX納米平臺在體內(nèi)外都有很好的抗癌效果,在腫瘤治療方面有很大的應(yīng)用潛力.
