彈性導(dǎo)體在可穿戴電子設(shè)備和軟機器人中至關(guān)重要.理想的本征彈性體導(dǎo)體在大形變下顯示出均勻的三維導(dǎo)電網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)和穩(wěn)定的電阻變化.其面臨的一個挑戰(zhàn)是,由于體彈性導(dǎo)體在形變下導(dǎo)電路徑斷開,電阻變化很大.我們的策略是將具有互連微孔的泡沫進行預(yù)拉伸,通過碳納米管在微孔表面自組裝形成導(dǎo)電層,隨后釋放預(yù)應(yīng)變,從而在導(dǎo)電網(wǎng)絡(luò)中引入褶皺結(jié)構(gòu).在拉伸過程中,褶皺和微孔的變形都有助于電阻的穩(wěn)定(在70%應(yīng)變下電阻變化2.0%).微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和有限元分析表明,由于導(dǎo)電層中的缺陷,可以獲得不同形貌的二維褶皺結(jié)構(gòu).我們展示了其在全方位電氣互連、可拉伸電磁屏蔽和電熱腫瘤消融方面的應(yīng)用.
