膠體球自組裝制備周期性結(jié)構(gòu)在光學(xué)應(yīng)用方面的研究進(jìn)展(英文)

膠體晶體是由單分散膠體顆粒周期性有序排列而成的一類新型自組裝材料,在許多領(lǐng)域都具有非常廣泛的應(yīng)用.基于膠體晶體自組裝的微納結(jié)構(gòu)具有從幾十納米到幾微米可調(diào)控的固有周期性,這賦予了它們獨(dú)特的光學(xué)性質(zhì).本文主要介紹了近年來膠體球自組裝技術(shù)制備周期性圖案及其在光學(xué)應(yīng)用方面的研究進(jìn)展,具體包括:(a)膠體晶體的可控自組裝;(b)通過自組裝所獲得的膠體球充當(dāng)掩模板,構(gòu)造更多新穎的功能納米結(jié)構(gòu);(c)圖案化納米結(jié)構(gòu)在等離激元、抗反射、光子晶體、光催化、電子器件等光學(xué)領(lǐng)域的新特性及應(yīng)用前景.最后,對(duì)此領(lǐng)域當(dāng)前的挑戰(zhàn)和未來的前景進(jìn)行了展望.本文旨在通過膠體自組裝技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)更巧妙的周期結(jié)構(gòu)和探索更廣泛的應(yīng)用.
