協(xié)同性的介電損耗和磁損耗使少層WS 2 納米片與NiO納米粒子的雜化物具有優(yōu)異的微波吸收性能(英文)

由于高的比表面、層狀結(jié)構(gòu)以及特殊的電子結(jié)構(gòu),二硫化鎢在電磁波吸收領(lǐng)域受到了科研人員的廣泛關(guān)注.然而,二硫化鎢有限的電磁吸收能力和帶寬還有待進(jìn)一步的改進(jìn),以滿足其作為電磁吸收材料的實(shí)際應(yīng)用.本研究采用水熱法制備了具有異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的WS2/NiO雜化材料,并將其發(fā)展成為電磁波吸收基體.在4.27 mm厚度下,摻20%NiO雜化物材料的最大反射損失可達(dá)-53.31 dB;RL值小于-10 dB的帶寬范圍為4.54~18 GHz,此時(shí)吸波材料的厚度在3.5~5.5 mm.研究結(jié)果表明,WS2/NiO雜化材料優(yōu)異的吸波性能是由于磁性Ni O的加入,形成了WS2和Ni O的異質(zhì)界面,從而引起雜化材料協(xié)同的磁損耗和介電損耗,這為設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)異的吸波材料以及實(shí)際的應(yīng)用開(kāi)辟了新的途徑.
