金屬有機框架衍生高效寬頻電磁波吸收劑拓撲結構調(diào)控研究(英文)

裝備隱身和電子器件電磁防護的發(fā)展對高帶寬、強吸收先進電磁波吸收材料具有迫切需求,采用金屬有機骨架(MOF)衍生有序結構金屬/碳雜化材料是重要制備方法.本文采用具有可控拓撲結構和微相組成的普魯士藍衍生物作為前驅體,通過熱解工藝制備空心、實心的籠狀、盒狀等拓撲結構Fe/Co/C和Fe/Mn/C納米復合電磁波吸收劑.實心Fe/Co/C和空心Fe/Mn/C均表現(xiàn)出強電磁吸收和高吸收帶寬,電磁波反射系數(shù)最低為-54.6 d B,其中900°C熱解制備的實心盒狀Fe/Co/C吸收劑在厚度2.5 mm時有效吸收帶寬高達8.8 GHz,刷新了該類材料的性能上限.通過控制MOF拓撲結構來設計和調(diào)控金屬/碳雜化吸波劑對于新型電磁波吸收材料的發(fā)展及其在裝備隱身領域的應用具有重要意義.
