反應(yīng)熔滲制備C/SiC復(fù)合材料的微觀組織與性能(英文)

采用反應(yīng)熔滲法將熔融Si滲入C/C多孔體中制備了C/SiC復(fù)合材料。研究了包埋式布硅對(duì)C/C多孔體不同位置毛細(xì)吸附行為的影響以及對(duì)制備C/SiC復(fù)合材料密度的影響。反應(yīng)熔滲制備的C/SiC復(fù)合材料內(nèi)部存在殘余的游離硅,經(jīng)過(guò)除硅處理后游離硅顯著減少,但其致密化程度有所降低,同時(shí)其抗彎曲強(qiáng)度明顯下降。
