具有高倍率特性和超長(zhǎng)循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性的NiCoSe 2 /Ni 3 Se 2 片層狀陣列修飾N摻雜石墨烯管用于非對(duì)稱超級(jí)電容器

本文采用一步電沉積法在N摻雜石墨烯納米管(N-GNTs)上直接生長(zhǎng)NiCoSe2/Ni3Se2片層狀陣列(NiCoSe2/Ni3Se2-LAs),并將其作為非對(duì)稱超級(jí)電容器的正極材料.由于活性材料和骨架之間的協(xié)同作用,在電流密度為1 A g-1的情況下,構(gòu)建出的N-GNTs@NiCoSe2/Ni3Se2-LAs呈現(xiàn)出約1308 F g-1的質(zhì)量比電容.更重要的是,此復(fù)合電極材料還顯示出優(yōu)異的倍率性能(100 A g-1下的比電容約為1000 F g-1)和超長(zhǎng)的循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性(10000次循環(huán)后其比電容仍保持為原比電容的~103.2%).此外,以N-GNTs@NiCoSe2/Ni3Se2-LAs和活性炭(AC)分別為正極和負(fù)極組裝了一種非對(duì)稱的...
